I dropped my car off at 9 am, was told it would be 3-4 hours which I was perfectly ok with on my day off. 3-4 hours passed, I heard nothing the entire day from anyone until 3:19 (PIC) to collect my car. At pick up, I Zelle'd an additional $35 that Ali said they would charge me, which I was fine to pay (PIC). Popping the trunk, I noticed the trunk mat was missing and a pleasant young man apologized profusely and promptly brought it to me. Upon arriving home, I received a phone call from Ali telling me they forgot to place my interior mats back and asked for my home address, which he would bring them over either that night, Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I asked him if someone could bring the mats over to which he replied 'For sure. I will be dropping them off today". (PIC) It is now Friday morning and I am still without my car mats. At this point, I feel the only way to recover these mats is to drive back there myself because of his negligence. Again, I have nothing to gain or lose by writing this, I just want people to be aware of the poor experience I had with this person.

Was getting new symbols for my Mazda. I wanted black symbols. The cost was atrocious for 2 symbols…read moreand a couple letters ($400). This process had started back in middle of April. It is now June 9th, and the process is complete. Actually it's not though, because they were able to get the front emblem on (although the black film is peeling), the letters on the back are coming off and the emblem on the back, was glued in originally. I came back and they took it off, it broke so they had to order a new one. And let me tell you, I waited 2 months as they told me they ordered. It came in bad multiple times. I'm on the phone with woman who then accuses me of the reason that it fell off is my fault. I was promised they would call back so so so many times. Not once was I called back! I was promised dates that my parts would come in and no call! Finally was sick and tired of the disrespect and had to call. The owner answers and is like "I had no idea that this was even happening." Which is concerning, since you own the place. He told me to come in. I talked to the manager who was telling me, "oh I was never here until now." She didn't even know who I was. They decide to refund me fully. I asked them to fix the emblem on the back (which was my original symbol they put on that was falling off cause they didn't even try putting it on). Kid walks out there, comes back in and hands me the symbol as if I'm supposed to just put it on. Now there is no symbol on the back of my car. The front of my car, the symbol is peeling and the letters on the back are coming off. Also had a job done before to wrap the sides of my car and they did it, looked fine until I noticed some chrome coming though. Asked about it and the wrap "specialist" told me "well there's not place to tuck it in." I had also asked them to just wrap my emblems since I've seen many do it online for them to literally tell me, "it's too hard". Owner had actually told me that. Also I had someone's number, whenever i texted it, I would get a different person to respond to it every single time I texted. So unprofessional. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to never ever come here unless you want to wait a century and get the poorest quality workers to work on your car. Worst customer service. You could get better customer service talking to a Microsoft employee then these guys cause at least they will attempt to help you. If I could put lower than a 1/5 I would.

This business owner operated his detailing business out of my residential property without my…read morepermission and continued doing so despite repeated requests to remove his business from my garage. I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.
