Prior to the massage I was asked about any health issues I had which she went over and made a plan for what kind of massage she should do and she decided to add a lymphatic massage to the plan. Go online or call and schedule an appointment for a massage to remember! From the street, look for a building marked "Centurion, 2920, BLDG 2". Upon entering the building the door to Zenti will be on the right. Within seconds I was greeted by a receptionist. I checked in and filled out typical massage business forms. The massage room is inviting and charming. Pretty decor and I am a salt lamp lover so I was pleased to see some being used in the space. The massage tables are electric and can easily be raised and lowered, so it's easier for me as a short person to get on and off the table. A coat rack and ottoman are in the corner of the room to provide the customer a space to place personal belongings. The massage therapist leaves the room then you undress to your personal comfort level and lay face down on the massage table and cover with the [soft, comfy] sheets. The massage therapist was professional and personable. She washed her hands at the mini sink, which I liked to see. She asked me throughout the massage about my requests regarding areas that I'd like particular attention (ex. lower back). She also asked about what kind of pressure I would like; I prefer light pressure. A lot of people forget that at any time during a massage you can request certain levels of pressure being applied by the therapist. The heated massage table was heavenly! Heated/warm compresses were also used throughout the massage providing extra comfort and relief for my tired muscles. The compresses are heated in a sanitizer/heater in the room. The massage therapist adjusted pressure levels as I requested during the massage. Relaxing meditative music played and salt lamps not only provided relaxing lighting but they are known to also provide health benefits (look it up for specifics). I like a cool room so the fan was on and it also provided "white noise" which I also like. I was given a bit of aromatherapy at the beginning of the massage; my choice of essential oil. After the therapist massaged my back for a while, I then opted for heated stones during the massage as I had never experienced before (optional & additional charge). They are wet so they glide across the skin. It was interesting and the heat felt so good! During the massage I had my feet wrapped in heated compresses, a heated compress on my back, heated compress under my neck and eyes. These are all part of the "one hour" massage! Those options are typically extra with other businesses, but it comes with the "one hour" massage. It made me truly feel pampered. One of the best professional massages I've ever experienced! Package deals are available and I think are well worth it considering what you receive! At the end of the massage, the therapist offered me complimentary bottled water and there are also mints. Well, fast forward to 2022 and I have remained a loyal customer to Leina. She has helped me through four different career changes. Each career change she has catered my massages to relieve my ailment's that came with each career. Leina is very tentative to my body's needs. This year I promised myself to practice more self care. The place is clean and has a lot of other services available a part from message therapies. Laina, the massage therapist who helped me today had magic hands. If I could stay with her forever, I would. She has a combination of soft hands that can be immediately switched to firm if so requested. She is very pleasant and knows the science behind every stroke of her massage. Before the session began, she asked questions about my areas of concern and based on what we talked about, she delivered her magic touch. I left her with a very relaxed body and relief from my tight and sore areas. She was also attentive to what my needs were, the ones that were not mentioned before the beginning of the session. I had to cancel a couple of times and was even late due to dropping off kids at school etc. and they still accommodated me. Most places will just cancel you. I enjoyed my massage and the flexibility. My wife and I went to see Leina on a work special AND because we were in desperate need of working out some knots and issues. We both have had massage therapists work on us for years, and unfortunately our favorite MT moved out of state. We have not been able to find anyone close to our "fav" so we have been suffering for a couple of years. The special was REALLY good, so I expected sub-par, at best, work. Boy was I wrong! Leina is located within the Dolphin Spa. The girls working the front need a little lesson in public contact, especially for a spa. Normally I would ding a star for customer service, but the work I received from Leina far outdid this issue. You are brought back to a pretty tranquil lounge/waiting area. It is quiet, however, when the front girls start yacking it up, the sound really carries. Again, if I was there for a "spa" day, another ding. Lucky I wasn't, so it didn't bother me too much (even though "they" said this was the quiet area LOL.) Leina greeted both of us right on time. I am a stickler for prompt. If you are early, you are on time...on time, you are late. We were back to back one hour appts, and I went first. I had a serious neck issue the week before, and I could feel it coming on again. I explained this to Leina and asked her to work my upper back, neck area. Leina is very customer service oriented and attentive to your needs. The ambiance is also very relaxing and good for people into that. For me, I just like a good massage, no matter the environment. And that is what I received...a great massage! As soon as Leina started, I thought to myself, "she may be good, we will see..." It was obvious that Leina knows her craft, and although an hour is short, made every attempt to "get to know" my body. She did what I call, measure and resets of different areas of my body, and hit several pressure points perfectly. She applied perfect pressure throughout the entire massage, even asking if I needed more or less pressure. My wife and I get deep tissue usually, so more is always good in that respect. Leina got out a lot of knots in my upper back and loosened up my muscles (at least what could be in an hour and for the first time.) She also did one full revolution on my body, and I could tell again that she knew the pressure points and proper techniques. For some MT, it's just going through the motions. For Leina, it seems that she has a passion for what she is doing and wants to help her customer/client the best she can. Leina also does not skimp on the time. You get what you deserve. Some MT will cut it a little early, and you feel as if you need to come back again. With Leina, I did not feel I had to come back, I WANT to come back. In asking my wife about her experience, she dittos everything I just said. She also said that her knots and issues were worked, and that she felt good throughout her massage. My wife likes twice the pressure I do, so I know that Leina had to work hard on her. And I know that is not easy. According to my wife, Leina did an great job. I think that my wife might have needed a little more, but next time. Leina has a referral program that I have already participated in and boasted about her to people. She also has the BEST prices in Las Vegas hands down! My wife and I would definitely go back, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leina to anyone that needs an awesome massage or work done! read more
