Worst massage I've ever had in my life. I should have left at the beginning, but I was hoping the massage would get better. It only got worse, WAY worse. This employee/owner gives Asian massage places a bad rap! Called to book an appointment, was told a 1hr back massage would be $50. Arrived, the employee pointed to a sign saying it's $60 with no explanation or apology. Masseuse walked out of my massage 3x to deal with customers coming inside, since they had no receptionist. She answered a phone call for an appointment during my massage. A male client walked in on me while I was undressed and exposed on the table, with no apology from the employee. Asked the masseuse for a deep tissue massage so she began to walk on my back, causing me extreme back pain so I told her to stop multiple times. I showed her where my pain was located but she barely addressed those areas. 2 days later, I am in extreme pain due the masseuse using her forearms and nails on the base of my skull and shoulders. She asked me if I wanted special Chinese medicine for an extra $30 and I said yes, however she wouldn't tell me what the active ingredients were. I then had an allergic reaction on my skin (nearly my entire body) due to her using menthol without communicating this. As part of the exam, she open handed slapped me multiple times - including on my HEAD, despite me telling her to stop. Even though it said 1hr massage, she disappeared 2x for a wet towel and hot stones, left 3x to deal with other customers walking in. Realistically, it was a 50min massage as I had arrived 5 minutes late, along with the FIVE instances she walked out on me during the massage. She tried to lie and said she did a 1hr10min massage, not realizing I was looking at the clock. She asked for cash, even though I specifically said I only had a credit card on the phone so that she could avoid paying taxes on income. She said the total was $71, and demanded a tip SEVEN TIMES, pointing to a large sign that said $10/$20/$30 tip recommendations. When I told her no tip, she raised her voice and kept asking, trying to bully me into giving her even more money for hurting me. Finally, I told her if she didn't give me my credit card back, I was going to call the police. Came in with my service dog, but she repeatedly said no dogs. I then explained to her it's illegal to turn away service dogs under federal ADA laws. On a positive note, she did give me 2 cold XS bottles of water, but only after asking for it. read more

I never leave reviews but I had to at this place. I got a 75 minute massage that was on sale for $60. The massage was really nice and it was my first one. However, when I went to pay they charged a $1 fee to pay with card which was fine with me. What really got me was when I gave the lady a $10 tip and she asked me for more. Meanwhile, she wasn't even the one who did my massage. She said something along the lines of " you know, you got a 75 minute massage and you can tip $20". She began to tell me how hard she works for tips and that's how they make all of their money. I was pressured into giving her a $20 tip. Which was a 33% tip for my service. I thought I was being generous by giving $10 and I just felt very uncomfortable. I definitely won't be going here again. read more

CALLED THE POLICE!! as a gift went he took pictures of my backside and my butt!!! I left after he still wanted me to tip tip tip... I called Henderson POLICE they found 10 PICTURES of me and OF OTHER PEOPLE I did not give him permission to do that and I was naked!! during the investigation when the police were there they made their customers leave ad locked up and went out the back without the police knowing. The Henderson police said because I was not penetrated they didn't do anything I need to follow up but they saw what he had taken those pictures and even the police said it's a shay business and to talk with the detectives. There are 2 massagers man and a women . Been here twice 1st time I did 90 min, it was okay at the towards the end of the massage the he was very aggressive . I asked to do it less aggressive which he did . But he seem a little upset . Overall it was okay. I came in again 3 weeks later , yes I know ...after my 1st experience it wasn't the best..I wanted to try it again. One reason it's close to home & work. So my 2nd time had the same guy again because the lady had a customer, I told him I wanted 75 min this time he nods his head and takes me to the room. Horrible, Disgusting and unprofessional. They make you pay first. At the end they don't let you leave until you pay them a minimum of 10 dlls tip even when you are unhappy. This is crazy, I will complain with the BBB. They are on Groupon but they don't want you to buy it when you call them. They want you to pay them. My daughter went and she was so scared. This was a terrible massage. There was virtually no pressure,, the girl seemed nervous and weak and afraid to dig in. Supposed to be a deep tissue! The Groupon rate was literally the same rate they charge for the hour. The hot stones were not hot and again,, the girl had no training with these. She then puts these glass cups all over my back and then just leaves without telling me anything!! After about 10 minutes I started knocking on the wall and presumably the guy that's running this place comes in. I had to translate on his phone that I wanted to leave which took a minute. They lightly rubbed my head for about a good 15 minutes of the massage, Spent about another 15 minutes running back & forth to attend to a kid that they had in a room in the back that kept yelling for across the place for them, Let my feet soak in an uncomfortable bucket for about 10 minutes, Cracked my fingers and toes, yanked & pulled on my arms and feet, Flopped them all around (but didn't massage) and then spent the last 10 minutes RUBBING my lower back! There was absolutely no massage involved here. Then they chatted between themselves and giggled most of the time!! The only thing I despise more than writing bad reviews, is being in the position where I truly had a bad experience. This massage leaves you wanting LESS. As previously mentioned in some reviews, Communication is really difficult as there is a major language barrier and they absolutely DO ask/demand for a "TIP!" As you're trying to leave. I myself work in tipping industry and never have and never will ask for a tip....it's tacky. If someone wants to tip you/you're deserving/customer had a good experience, they will naturally tip you what they can afford and think it's appropriate. Now, even those two things in and of themselves would not lead me to writing a negative review. Just didn't help matters. You are asked to take off your shoes and shirt, and have a TOWEL to cover with. You are in a semi-private room, however, low walls surrounding, nothing peaceful or pretty about the little "room", with a curtain as a door, you are subjected to any outside light, noise, and so forth. then they have you soak your feet for ten minutes in water. (Note, everything did SEEM sanitary and I can appreciate that for sure.) This is followed by a massage that lasts approx one hour, but is interrupted with 5-6 mini-breaks when they have to run to answer the phone/the door, pour out water, etc. All lotion/oil is room temp and unscented and they use less than the bare minimum as to maybe persevere their inventory? Nearly everything in my massage HURT. I felt my masseuse had no technical training and perhaps never had a massage himself. A LOT of rubbing hard and unenjoyable pressure placed not onto my muscles but onto my BONES. Fast movements. I spent the entire massage making a mental list of everything that was wrong, unable to relax, leaving feeling totally disappointed, and like I just wish I never went. The two employees were nice enough, but I came to relax and for a healing massage that left me wanting more. And I'm annoyed to have come out of this experience so deflated. Oh! I took my daughter here on her 28th birthday for a mommy and daughter spa and it was terrible. It had been the first time I had ever received had a spa massage but had heard all the hype so I was super expected. However, they had us leave all our cloths on (I was wearing a sweater, jeans and boots). Then only had us remove our shoes for a few min foot massage and pulled our top up for a limited back massage. The lady doing mine was really sick with a cold and was breathing all over me (close up) the entire time. I felt like we paid $100.00 bucks for a pedicure without polish. Started off good... didn't make an appointment and expected to wait but no wait. I decided to get combo B 60 min full body and foot. The head and shoulder part was good and felt great... after that the guy walked out and started my foot massage but before a lady who did call and make an appointment came in and the guy rushed my massage. The foot part was supposed to be 25 min and mine was 10 min rushed and did not fully massage my foot or pressure points. My back part was also rushed i did not get the full hour and kept being interrupted. At one point the guy was gone for 2 whole minutes. The best place in Las Vegas!! I went this place last weekend. It is the most comfortable massage I have ever had. I love massage and I have tried so many places in the town, I would highly recommend this place. The other place always hurt my back and pushing me so hard when having back massage, but in here I feel so relaxing. We went here for a couples massage offer from Groupon which included a full body massage with essential oils. When we arrived on time the atmosphere was clean. We waited about 25 minutes. During our massage we did not feel as if we had an experience tailored toward us. It was very rushed and we only received about a 40 minute massage because the guy kept leaving and checking with guests. We also did not receive the full body massage. They had set us for a neck, shoulder and foot package. They worked on our neck under a towel for 30 minutes of the experience and continued to deliberately talk the entire time. About 20 minutes in a guest arrived questioning whether the "same girls" were there suggesting other things. He confirmed with the guy if he understood what he was asking. Once my wife mentioned her back and whether she was to roll over and receive the full body they both began to rush. They spent 5 minutes on the back and gave minutes on the legs. So pretty much got a neck massage and a minor foot massage that was less then mediocre. My wife said it mostly consisted of just grazing over her with minimal to zero pressure even after she politely requested a little more. Truth is, you can do better. I hate to leave a review like this and we are far from picky. But we walked out of there feeling robbed of our first couples massage.
