I recently visited this foot spa and overall had an okay experience. It's definitely one of the more affordable spots in the area, and they offer both foot and body massages at a great price point. The spa itself is simple, and I've only ever seen one man and one women working in the front or providing services when I've gone. One thing to note is that you do have to pay before the service, which isn't a problem, just something to be aware of. I personally prefer to get massages from women, and when I tried to explain that to the male owner, he repeatedly asked if he could do it instead. I had to clarify several times, and he seemed a bit irritated, but eventually the female masseuse came to help. There is a slight language barrier, but it didn't cause any real issues. Once everything was sorted out, my 30-minute neck massage was excellent. Despite the awkward moment at the beginning, the quality and affordability make it a place I would return to. Ada is an absolute gem. It's not easy to work on someone my size (6'3", 295 lbs), but she handled it like a true professional. She gave me one of the best two-hour massages I've had in a long time--starting with my traps, then moving through my delts, medial glutes, and hamstrings--methodically breaking down months of built-up tension from the gym. Despite her small stature, she's incredibly skilled and strong, and she knows exactly how to target problem areas. I walked out feeling completely reset. She's hardworking, kind, and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend booking with her--but make sure you schedule ahead, because she stays booked. FYI you have to pay before you taken back to get your massage. You tip after. There's a $1 card fee. I had an appt for a couples massage. When I got there they told me it would take 5 minutes to prepare the room. 10 minutes later they said 5 more minutes for couple massage. Then 5 minutes later they said if I still want to do a couples massage another 5 minutes to clean the room. They said if we go separate they could see us now. So my mother and I did our massages separately. No biggie, just wish they were honest in the beginning. They could have said, 30 min wait for a couples massage or right now if you go separately. My boyfriend and I called ahead to get a massage together. They were able to accommodate us right away. They asked us if we preferred a gender for our masseuses which was a nice offer. They both were great! I do recommend this place for the price. It would be nice if they asked about pressure, could of used a little more but overall it felt great. Today I finally took my husband for a massage at EAST FOOT SPA , I've been going there for a while and Annie is amazing. However , the male masseuse was irate and swore at my husband after receiving a $20 tip. The service was $40 for a one hour foot massage & $60 for one hour massage. A total of $100 . Their tip scale is not percentages but dollar amount . ( in total we spent $200 plus tips ) Tips are not entitlement, the receptionist defended the masseuse by saying that he needed more tips because he only made $50 of that $100 we paid . I told her maybe they needed to change their pay scale but not demand we tip more. Furthermore, we had to PAY before the service . If you pay with a card they charge a dollar more. The receptionist did not apologize but condoned his bad behavior, not sure if I'd return , I will surely miss Annie. Poor customer service today . **Attention East Foot Spa , your response to my complaint reiterated what I said , I spoke the truth. In reference to your response about "High class massage" - I beg to differ. An apology for the poor behavior of your employee/ contractor would suffice but you opted to be defensive. I have been going to this place for years! They have very consistently good Chinese style massage with hot stone, stretch and hot towels. Most massage places charge extra for this. They offer foot, body or combination massages. They recently remodeled and they have 3/4 walls and doors instead of just a curtain and they increased their prices a bit for 2020, but definitely still worth it. The walls don't cut out much noise, but they do offer more privacy. Appointments are available and you can choose male or a female therapist. Walk-ins are also possible and most of the time I have only had to wait 15 minutes or so. It is helpful to speak a little Mandarin Chinese to communicate, but they also speak English. read more

I would of tipped afterwards but I didn't have cash and I asked if they can take card and she said no. The lady followed me ALL THE WAY to the car harassing me. Richard was my masseuse, and he did very good work. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. What I liked the most is that he took time, in the first 10-15 minutes, to assess the knots in my back and took time to loosen them. When I asked for firmer pressure on my neck, he found all the sore spots and worked them out. Make sure you tell your masseuse ahead of time, before the massage, what areas bother you the most; they want to help. Bf and I came while waiting for an oil change and got the 50 body / 50 combaon which includes hot stones. We were in our own private room, which looked like that was the default. I didn't see a public area. The music was super relaxing and the massage was great. For the majority of the part my masseuse Lulu was on point with the pressure. Basically it was a full body massage, she worked on my face, scalp, shoulders, neck, a little of my arms and hands, legs and feet and back using oil for most if not all of it. My favorite parts of the massage were when she did my back (hot stones) , my legs and feet, shoulder and neck. I bought a Groupon, and yes I am one of those people that usually never makes it in time to use it... I know the money is always there, even though I am not going to get the deal that was advertised. I am well aware of it. I walk in and explained it right away. I knew I had an expired Groupon so I know I won't be getting a 60 Minute Foot Massage for $20. I see on the wall it says 40 min foot massage for $20 so I was 100% ok with that. I just wanted to use my money that was just sitting around. She scans my Groupon and says "Expired" I said "I know, but the money is still good" She gets out her translator on her phone and makes it say "expired" in English. I am not getting through to her... and she says "Pay 10 dollars" I just got fed up and said ok. She now points to her sign that has tip prices on it? I was so confused. I ask don't I pay that later? She said I had to pay it now... so now I was back at $20... and $1 for the card charge... I get relaxed in the bed and this guy on my right is SNORING extremely loud. It went on for 20 minutes. I was so upset, because I could not relax. I can hear the whispers of other guests around me talking about the snoring guy and no one was doing anything! A spa is supposed to relax you... not upset you. They even turned the music up louder to try to block him out. I really wanted to get up and walk out but she had my feet all lotioned up. I love foot reflexology with complete, deep tissue body massage. I just didn't like having to drive across town to find a nice facility with talented staff. This was my first visit to East Foot Spa and my search for a great foot spa near green valley is over. I plan on returning once a month if not more. First of all, there are some very cheap reviewers here! LoL! The services are super cheap! Try getting a massage from a licensed massage therapist and see if you can find one that will only charge $20 an hour. Even with the $10 mandatory tip that everyone is complaining about, it is still a very good deal. As a licensed massage therapist, I've been stiffed on so many occasions after being told that my massage was great. So personally, I think it's great that they have the mandatory tip. Keep in mind that out of the $20 they're probably only getting $10 for that hour. My best friend and I (both licensed massage therapists) decided to try this place on a whim. Thankfully, she had been to one before and told me that they work on the whole body and not just the feet (which is what reflexology is). We were lead to a room with 2 mats and given ample time to disrobe and make ourselves comfortable. The therapists had us scoot down so that our feet would be in a bucket of warm water. While our feet were soaking, they started off with face, head and neck massage. Pressure was perfect and Mia (the technician) worked out all my knots and kinks. They proceeded to do the rest of the body. Some parts, I did feel like it was too much pressure but I walked out of there feeling like a brand new person. We do want to try out other foot spas around town but this is definitely on a list of places we would go again. There is a $1 charge if you use credit card. Please tip generously. If you can't afford to tip at least $10 on a $20 massage, then don't get the service. The sign is up on the wall so it's not like you should be surprised. Also, don't expect this to be a relaxing Swedish massage. They work hard to get the kinks out and pressure can be quite deep at times. Just speak up and they'll adjust. read more

Whenever I travel to the mainland I usually check out a "foot spa" place becuase they are so affordable and good! This last trip I went to 3 Foot spa places out of the 5 days I was there! Majority of them in Vegas are in Spring Mountain but this one is closer to the Airport and I'd recommend stopping by before or after arriving in Vegas or after a day of shopping at The Premium outlets. This was the Best Place out of the 3, and I would HIGHLY recommend! As long as you understand that this is NOT a hotel spa and you wont get a bathrobes and all the pampering, you'll be fine. You'll still get a quality massage at just a fraction of what the hotel spas are charging. -20$/ 1 hour, 30$ for 90 minutes and 40$/120 minutes is a Excellent Deal and this is a full body massage complete with Hot stones. -I like that there is a Door separating the Entrance and the massage rooms. This eliminates you having to hear people walking in and talking and making appointments...etc. -There are multiple private rooms instead of a big communal room for everyone to share. -The front person although didn't speak the best english was nice and not rude to me -The massage therapist that I had was Jack and he was really good, polite and professional. My BF had another lady but he said that she was excellent, and I know this is spot on since I heard him snoring next to me and had to hit him to get up! -The place itself is clean and you can hear relaxing massage music during the massage. -There is a sign when you walk in that does say recommend 15$ tip on the 30$ massage and I know others have complained about that, but seriously keep in mind they are working hard and the owners take a cut of the profits so paying a total of 45$ for 90 minute massage is still such a great deal! First let me just say I am very very picky when it comes to my massages. I gotta know that these people that massage me are gonna do a good job because sometimes they'll skip parts of my body that I need massages. That is not the case with this spot though. The price is very worth the service. They even took extra time on my feet which I really needed because I work on my feet a lot. I was very very pleased with my service. I didn't my masseur's name but he was very polite. Most girls like to get manicures and vent away to their nail technicians, but I prefer to invest my twenty bucks on a full-body, fully-clothed, one-hour type of pampering with a masseuse that doesn't talk to me (mostly because of language barriers tho). It meant I didn't have to drive all the way to Spring Mountain or anywhere west of the Strip, which is usually where these parlors set up their $20/hour deals. On top of that, I caught a flash sale on Groupon, so it was only $10 for me. Score! Unfortunately, East Foot Spa was still a letdown. THE GOOD: location, clean first impression, partitioned rooms, separate waiting area, quiet for the most part, free bottle of water for after. THE BAD: Calling in for two appointments with two female masseuses, I was blatantly questioned why by the receptionist. (Because my bf and I just prefer the female touch, that's why nosy! ) I've never gotten this question from other foot spas and found it to be slightly rude. Secondly, during our massage, there was a weird intermittent noise that sounded like jackhammering -- seriously. It might've stemmed from the road construction outside, but still it was disruptive. Lastly, my masseuse wasn't very skilled or accommodating. She kept leaving for extended amounts of time and never checked on me. Even with minimal English, usually they still ask "you okay?" in terms of pressure or the temperature of the hot stones, but not this lady. So 3 stars for me as a placeholder as I'd give them another chance (with a different masseuse) purely for their location. I still tipped the minimum of $10 since I got my massage on sale. To the people who complain about the mandatory minimum tipping, calm yourselves. Have you ever been to an asian foot spa? Well, this is pretty standard.
