Holy smokes. We went for a 90 minute foot massage and ended up having a 90 minute thai massage session - straight up painful working out of tight muscles and stretching. It was anything but relaxing and at times I had to tap out in pain and I'm usually a 'more pressure please' type of person. The therapists did a good 30-40 minutes standing on our bodies and they were not 90lb petite women (not even close). They used their expertise and weight to put pressure on all parts of the body.
