I get that he has many patients but somethings should be handled differently when dealing with patients and customer service. I have had numerous concerns with the front desk representatives. Keep in mind this is a Dr's office and the only concerns are health related. Absolutely horrible service. The care by Dr. Patron has always been top tier until you encounter the rude and uncourteous treatment by the office staff.

We made it absolutely clear that this was urgent. By Friday morning, we followed up again and stressed that we needed the report immediately to proceed with a critical orthopedic appointment. We were told the request had been submitted and that it would be handled. That turned out to be empty reassurance. As of now, there is still no report. No urgency, no communication, no accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter is in pain, and we are left worrying about improper healing and long-term damage because of this delay. This is not just "bad service." When a diagnostic center delays results in an urgent case like this, they are actively putting patients at risk. In this case, a child. What makes it worse is the complete lack of follow-through. Once payment is taken, it feels like the responsibility ends there. No one takes ownership, and no one seems to care about the consequences. If your situation is even slightly urgent, do not rely on this place. You may end up paying the price in ways that actually matter your health.

I was also told they had called me to notify me, which was not true and could not be verified in my phone records. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the front desk staff. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt to help find a solution. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.

Great Internal Medicine Doctor…read more I've been seeing Dr. Mora since 2009 where he helped me out a great deal. Since then he's moved locations to the building down the street, the office is bigger and more updated that his previous location. The staff is REALLY friendly, instead of calling me to the window for my information the receptionist walked out with a clipboard and handed it to me while taking my insurance card and picture ID. Seldom have I ever seen this happen at a doctor's office. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and was out in an hour and a half, which was great, they don't double book. I was called in 30 mins after check in, the nurse took my vitals and weighed me. The ONLY thing that sucked was the blood pressure machine (automatic one) it has a death grip! Very friendly nurse, everyone knows how much it sucks to be weighed... It's like you're being put on trial, any ways she was super relaxed and chill. I was put in the room to wait for the doctor, roughly 10-15 mins later he came in. Dr. Mora is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with each patient. He's very caring and offers alternatives to whatever your ailment is. Check out is a breeze since everything is digital he had all my prescriptions ready to go as soon as he exited the room.
