If you're down to get a bit silly in public and solve riddles while exploring the area, this is for you. Bring water, a hat, and good walking shoes - it can take up to 2 hours but is very fun with a group of 4. Also, make sure someone has strong internet connection - it is necessary for some of the clues. You only walk 2-3 blocks one way and there's plenty of places with shade and tables to rest in between, so it is very doable for anyone of any fitness level and the puzzles are accessible to all. Plus, Mission Control is responsive for when you're stuck and meets you in person throughout the experience! Very fun! And lucky for us, it was a cool-ish summer day, so not horrible for walking around. Become a master of time travel!

As we know when it's hot here, it's super hot and that's just no fun at all. There were 12 of us, and we broke up into two groups and were each given a suitcase that we were tasked to do different adventures in East Austin. We were greeted by our tour guide, who gave us everything that we needed to make sure that we had an incredible afternoon. And we did. I could not recommend this more if you've got five or more people coming in I wanted to go out and have some fun in Austin. You'll make lots of memories have lots of laughs and see lots of things you may not have seen before. So don't be afraid that people are gonna be bored, because they won't. Lots of great memories :) thank you One more thing. You'll want to wear some shoes that are comfortable. As you will be doing some walking. Also - choose your end spot - the restaurant we had was not my favorite.

The game show experience was super fun and engaging for the 17 year old kids as well as their parents. The whole group had a blast! The only frustrating thing was how long it took them to get our game show experience started. It's expensive for 2 hours and we played for less than 90 minutes. Some of their start up logistics could be better as to maximize game time. Due to the time crunch, not everyone in our group got to play the plinko game which everyone wanted to play. Fix that and it's a five star experience!

Celtic Axe Throwing - Austin is a separate business but housed in the Brewtorium. Yes, throw axes!!! It appears to be thing. While I waited, I thought you have never thrown axes on a board. Let's do this darn thang! Have I thrown darts? Yes! Have I shot arrows at a bulls eye? Yep! Have I gone skeet shooting? You betcha! Why not throw axes to add it to my games with a little danger? What is the worst that could happen? Loose a finger or toe...perhaps get knocked in the head from a poor throw? Well none of these thoughts scared me. I did have to sign a waiver disclaimer. This is what should have sent me sprinting out of the building. You always have to face your fear. I did it with no lost body parts...not even a scratch. It was a ton of fun. Highly recommend it, but do be careful.

It definitely took away from the experience. They have a program where you can trade in your stuffed animals for bigger prizes. There are also some unique games in the back. A woman walked up & unlocked the doors for us, I just thought maybe it was for safety since it is located in a busy area. Good thing we had eaten before we went! So we pay for the baby to play in the jungle gym which was a very reasonable $5 maybe & $3 for mom to go in with him, she sold us a pair of socks for the baby $3, not bad at all. Even though he only went in once it's very dark and not too appealing. To play the arcade games you put $ on a reloadable card. The games go by points so each point is a quarter. There was plenty of seating area plenty of chairs & tables but just no people! :( I was kind of surprised for it being a Friday afternoon & summer time, no school for the kids. My grand baby immediately runs to the arcade games and they had lot's of toddler friendly rides for him which were all around 3 to 4 points. As we explored the other games I noticed a few broken ones, then as I really took a good look more & more were broken or missing parts. Even the air hockey was broken. I understand a few here & there but no it was a lot, I'm glad I didn't have my teenagers because they didn't have many options for that age group. The neighborhood it's located in is pretty rough so maybe parents just let their kids tear up the place over the years:( Not too sure but I really feel bad for this company. My toddler grandson enjoyed himself, it was pretty reasonable priceI would definitely take him back to play games if it stays in business.

It's a fairly reasonable place to go on hot summer afternoon. The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink. We got a pizza which wasn't too bad and a hot dog which he ate all of, so it must have been pretty good too. Then they got to play games and win coupons for "prizes". They each went through a $10 "game card" pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted. Although this place isn't squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally nice. It wasn't terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Can't blame that on anyone but the parents though and it's rare they'd do anything about it at a place like this.

Each story is different (and even the same story has multiple endings). All are fantastic. The characters are so much fun (you can choose to be a suspect, a witness, or just be part of the audience). You can dress on theme or not. It's always well written. Sean makes it hysterical. You can see it at Old Glory Ranch or hire for your personal event for a really great price. I love it so much, I'm hosting a Halloween party for my friends and hiring MFH for it. It's a rare Austin gem.
