I get an email back right away, which I assumed is automatic. I called the toll free phone# on the email and spoke with George on Saturday. Yes, someone answered the phone on Saturday!!! George was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The price he quoted me was reasonable and within my budget. He said Patrice will be in touch on Monday. As promised, Patrice reached out to me on Monday. We worked out the logistic and she sent me the invoice and contract by Tuesday morning. I signed the contract and paid the invoice right away and received the headsets on Thursday afternoon via Fedex. I was able to set up and test the headsets before my party on Friday night. The entire process was smooth and flawless and it happened within one week! Patrice is professional and attentive. She made sure I had everything I need and she even sent me few extra headsets! The return process is so simple. Patrice sent me the Fedex return label and detail instructions on how to package it back up. I highly recommend Silent Storm and will definitely use them again for my next event! Thank you!!!

I am a part-time mobile DJ in the SF Bay Area, and have done over 100 corporate events, weddings, and private parties, and this was in my top 2-3 I've ever done as a DJ! First of all, working with Patrice was super easy. She is lightning fast on the response time, and sends detailed instructions on how to set up and send back the equipment. But it honestly was way easier than I thought it would be. Set up was a breeze, and when the sun went down, I turned on the headphones, they started flashing on the table and suddenly people were grabbing the headsets and dancing to one of three channels - the blue channel was my live mix (open format, top 40, 90s and 00s hip hop, classic bangers), the red channel was a pre-mix I made of 80s alternative and pop, and the green channel was my mix of guilty pleasures - Vanilla Ice, Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Mambo No. 5. There was a little something for everyone, so no one left the dance floor! The party was only supposed to go until 11:30, and around midnight, I noticed a lot of the people going to their phones - they were calling their babysitters to extend their time at the party - we went to 1am and people still were wanting to dance more! It was great because with the noise ordinance in that neighborhood, the cops would have come at 10pm. But there were no complaints from any neighbors. I plan on using these guys again asap and would HIGHLY recommend going with Silent Storm for your Silent Disco! DJ Dan Lormon

You can hang out with friends who have different taste in music. Why? There are 3 DJ's spinning and you can choose which channel you want to listen to. The night I was there, there was a hip hop channel, 90's and EDM Top 40. I actually ended up going back and forth amongst all the channels. You can see what other people are listening to by the colored lights on the headset. You can then congragate with those listening to the same tunes and dance together. Its a great concept and I loved the fact that I can control the volume of the music. I think Quiet Clubbing is not only great for those who love clubbing, but also ok for those who are mellower and don't want to be around the loud music. You don't have to go outside or scream to have a conversation. It's as simple as taking off your headset, i loved it. I was at the event with a big group and we all had a blast. I'll definitely be going back and really excited to introduce this concept to my friends.

I did more research and…read moreread several reviews that praised his ability to know exactly what an audience would like, even for multicultural weddings, which is impressive. DJ Jeremy was well prepared and well-spoken on our initial call, and we could tell he's extremely experienced in what he does. After we signed the contract, DJ Jeremy and his business partner and wife Jeannine sent over comprehensive guides of what they needed from us prior to our wedding date. It was very helpful to have organized requests and made it easy to share everything I was envisioning for wedding day, from ceremony music to cake cutting music to of course the dance floor music. He was extremely detail oriented, double checking with us on the exact timing of some of our selected songs (e.g. playing a song right as we had our first kiss). On the day of, it was so nice to hear all the fun music we chose throughout the day, like for cocktail hour and dinner. Jeremy even secretly coordinated ahead of time with one of our bridesmaids to play a snippet of a surprise song during one of the toasts, which was a very fun surprise. Jeannine was a fantastic MC, hyping up the crowd and making sure we moved according to the timeline. And of course, DJ Jeremy did a spectacular job with the dance floor music, assessing the audience and transitioning songs seamlessly. One of the best choices he made was adding one additional "last song" that was on my must-play list, which was a huge hit with everyone - he knew my audience better than I did. I'd recommend DJ Jeremy Productions for any future event! Jeremy and Jeannine are spectacular at what they do.

The both of them did a great job helping us make lasting memories. Collin did great with our ceremony, cocktail area, and reception. He hit every cue perfectly at the ceremony. His mixing is killer and he made sure to play our staples and was still accommodating to guest requests. The photobooth was very popular. Though it was a bit expensive - you get what you pay for. We thought about going with a self-setup photobooth but are glad we didnt. We didnt have to worry about a thing. Jeremy and Jeanine helped make sure the design was good for our photobooth. Antoine set everything up on time and was ready for our guests for the whole night. You get to have virtual copies of the photos and the quality is very good.

I mean, it's a building with a roof and not much more going on than that. Pretty grubby. The bartender - throughout the night - including during the sets - was throwing beer bottles into the recycling bin. It was jarring for everyone at the bar. The sound system had to be rebooted before the set to get something working. The musicians had a sound issue on stage (some buzzing) and partway through, and asked the sound person if they could do something about it. The sound person had the AUDACITY to snap back (to the musicians) "is there anything YOU can do about it?" and not in a collaborative tone. This is appalling. Your job as the sound person is to say "let me see what I can do" and figure it out. Several songs later, the sound person went on stage, changed something on an amplifier, and seemingly fixed the problem. How about doing that WITHOUT getting snarky with the performers? The stage lights were erratic at best and several times during the set they went out completely for a second or two - not in an artistic way. The ruined upright piano covered in dust, right next to the stage, really capped it off. All in all, a dreadful venue. At least the drinks were cheap.
