Dropping them off was a snap and my results arrived by email later in the day. I was a little worried about whether my samples would make it that day since there were a lot in the queue. A work invoice was sent by email after the results and was a quick and easy way to pay (through Quickbooks). There are several different turnaround windows you can opt for, the quickest is naturally the most expensive (~47$ at this writing).
