Roto-Rooter got me scheduled and Chris (4391) and Jacob arrived very professionally. Took care of a major clogged homestead artery. Before they did the work, I couldn't use the bath, the laundry, or the dishwasher. The knew right what to do and really have admirable knowledge. Got the job done right away and with excellent customer service. Took the time to let me know methods to keep drains doing well. The plumbing at this home now works better than it ever has. Thank you for your seriously priceless services. I recommend Roto-Rooter.

The automatic response generated 2…read moreseconds after I submitted my review is the same response your company generates for every negative review. What a coincidence that you don't have a record of any of these transactions! Original Review: This company commits legal robbery and piracy. I should have known that a company like this is all about extraction; I should have checked this site for references. When the plumber (employee/franchisee?) got here, he told me the job of unclogging the toilet sewer line would cost $840, guaranteed for six months. I told him no way. He then offered to do it for $500, no guarantee. Stupid me said okay. It literally took him 20 minutes to get his equipment from the van and unclog my toilet! How much he gets and how much the company gets, I don't know. But, don't you miss the days when your plumber was the guy your kids or grandkids kids' went to school with? He lived in your neighborhood, and you saw him regularly at the Boy Scout fundraiser? He was part of your community, and he cared about the people he served. You were also someone who cared about your community and offered your services at a reasonable rate. I want that world back!!! This guy said he just drove all the way from a job in Salem, which is why he was willing to do it for a so-called discount. The story continues. Because the toilet had overflowed, he recommended I get an expert over here to make sure no water had penetrated the walls. The expert comes and tells me I have to tear out my walls and have them "contain the situation" for another $4k. I called my daughter, who works in remediation, and she said I could just make a small opening in the walls, spray some bleach water in there, put a fan on, and let it dry out. I could do all that for about $400! So sad! I should say, however, that the technician, Mag, was friendly and kind, and I don't blame him for how ridiculous this company is.

It was evident they didn't cahbeb a filter from a previous job. They overcharged, were deceptive, and did not take the steps I was told they would to constakn the issue. All of bollokging are essentialy ruined and the original problem is still there. There is a reason they have bad reviews compared to other companies. At all cost avoid these guys.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more Extremely disappointed with PNW Restoration and would strongly urge others to avoid them. Our property management company hired them for water mitigation after a flood in our rental home. Not only did they fail to shut off the main water line before starting (neighbors witnessed and assisted in finding the shutoff by the street), but they also broke a CPVC pipe during their work, which further worsened the damage. While they admitted responsibility for the pipe break in writing and claimed they paid for the damage, none of those costs were itemized in the invoice. The invoice we received was significantly higher than average according to another restoration company we consulted. When we questioned the inflated cost, the project manager Bryan couldn't provide a clear explanation and instead redirected us to the owner, Rocky. Rocky was unprofessional, unhelpful, and ultimately ghosted us by ignoring our calls and emails for two weeks. With no resolution and the threat of the bill going to collections, we felt forced to pay the full amount, despite serious concerns over transparency and pricing. We've attached screenshots of the invoice, email exchanges, and the report where they admit fault, so people can judge for themselves. Choose another company that communicates professionally and stands behind their work.
