Lee's inspection was so good the first time I went through the home-buying purchase that I asked…read morefor him again the second time around. As before, he was very thorough, great at giving the breakdown of all the inspected details as well as providing a summary at the end. I received the detailed inspection by email in the evening and it had all the useful detail I recalled from when he inspected a previous home back in 2015. I have a big-picture idea on what needs to be addressed right away, and what projects/services I need to consider for the long-run so that I can maintain this (potential) new home well. That's a great peace of mind to have, especially these days! If I were ever to go through a home buying process again, I would hire Lee again without a doubt. I noticed some of the lower-rated comments because I was genuinely curious why Lee didn't have 5 stars. To follow up on one of the posts, I never received spam from being placed on a mailing list. Yes, there is a service offer that comes directly from Lee (this is different from a list), but nothing outside of that. On the other hand, I did get a ton of spam from the post office (not Lee) after changing my address, which is inevitable (but also lots of coupons from the post office mailings, I digress). ;) Anyway, thank you lee for being so thorough, easy to understand, and reassure me in two home purchases (assuming this new home goes through -- crossing my fingers!!). Your competency and professionalism is so appreciated!

Like the other negative reviews, I would not recommend. He didn't follow certain requests, even…read morethough he said he would. He also tried charging me for something I didn't request. Since the inspection, I've discovered some pretty obvious defects, which a "professional " would have noticed. That's probably why he didn't meet me at the appointed time and went early so I wouldn't be a witness to his incompetence. He obviously is just going through the motions and doesn't take any pride in his work. Hire at your own risk.

We thought we would just get a home inspection report and be done with it, but Chris spent 2 hours after the inspection talking us through all the details, both good and bad. This is definitely a company and inspector we felt 100% confident in and can now feel comfortable asking him any questions about the report or home down the line. He reassured us to ask him any questions that come up later, especially since we are first time home buyers in Oregon. Thanks Chris and Wall to Wall!

It was incredibly stressful working with W2W. Our HOA hired W2W to inspect attics in 130+ homes…read moreover a 4-week period. While mistakes can happen, this experience went far beyond normal hiccups. The company was disorganized-- in one instance forgetting our scheduled week, forcing last-minute rescheduling of 18 inspections. In another sending us a "urgent" message about 6 units being scheduled for 1/21/2025 when they already inspected them on 11/21/2025. Sometimes their inspectors showed up at the wrong homes and marked them as "no-shows," charging us unjustifiable no-show fees. What made the experience unacceptable was the owner's behavior - petty, juvenile. Various examples are: despite invoices being processed promptly and checks already issued, he repeatedly pressured for immediate payment, made petty comments, demanded stop-payments and check pickups, threatened to halt inspections, and attempted to intimidate by claiming his wife was an attorney and a state judge - isn't impersonating state judge a misdemeanor? These claims were verifiably untrue and per her LinkedIn, she hasn't practiced law since 2019. Coordination issues happen. Misleading statements and juvenile conduct are a choice. We would not recommend W2W.
