Garrett trained with his Dad and knows this business in and out. The important part of using Mold Testing Services is that they DON'T do remediation so they aren't selling you anything. It's purely diagnostic and science based. We have used this company multiple times. When we moved out of our home to remodel and into a rental, we had a signed lease when I went to do a final clean and found water damage in the kitchen. I called Garrett and he found toxic mold! He got me out of the lease and saved me from exposing our family to unhealthy living. In Oregon, ANY home purchase that has a subterranean or partially subterranean basement should use Garrett as part of their inspection process.
