I am completely dissatisfied with ZeroRez Nashville. I hired them for rug and upholstery cleaning. The upholstery doesn't look like it was touched. The price charged was way off the estimate given. I am posting photos of what we vacuumed out of one of the rugs after it was "cleaned". It was so bad that upon rolling up the rug to move to another room the dirt and dust came right through the backing. I was going to use ZeroRez for another service but I will be contacting a different company. Bad experience. They cleaned 2 rooms and then we had to go out of town for the weekend. When we returned we realized one of the rooms not clean and had bad odor. We contacted Zerorez and they said their guarantee expired the day before so we would have to pay again for re-clean. This policy was apparently printed at the bottom of the invoice they emailed us the day AFTER the service, after we had left town. Unbelievable. We were supposed to hear from a manager to discuss but that never happened. We will have to pay another company to come re-clean. Appalling response. read more

Scheduled a cleaning on a Friday and 3pm. The specialist got here at exactly 3pm and was already pulling out of our driveway at 3:37. We paid to have 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned. After he left, we checked the rooms. Floors were almost dry and stains were still on the floor (toddler stains that usually come up with nothing more than soap and water). Scheduled a reclean for the following week at 3pm. The guy asked if he could come at 1pm instead. I told him i was sorry but it wouldnt be possible. Our toddler naps until 3 and his room was one of the rooms he would be servicing. He told me this technically wasnt even his job and he didnt have to come. He didnt want to kill 2 hours so he was hoping to come early. I canceled with him (obviously), and called to talk with the scheduling dept. they contacted management to let them know what happened. The employee who was supposed to come out also contacted them and told them i was rude to him, so management refused to come reclean and is also refusing to refund us. I will say, Clayton at the scheduling dept is great and honestly tries hard to make things right. Seems his leaders could take notes. read more

Damaged my $1500 rug! This is the 2nd time we've used Zerorez and decided to have them clean our living room area rug. They removed the rug and returned it a few days later with several areas of the rug were damaged and had pulled apart. It took several days and numerous follow up text messages before we were able to schedule a time for them to come out. They claimed the damage was due to the tension in the cleaning machine being off ( they use a different vendor to clean the rugs??) and that we should just shear off the damaged areas and it would look fine. After calling BS in this, they returned to look at it and said they could fix it but didn't bring the tools to fix it? WTH? Had we not constantly followed up with them this issue would have been totally ignored and our rug left damaged. Very disappointed in their lack of follow through and unwillingness to own the issue and promptly fix the damage. Will not use again and caution you to consider your options. read more

I would give zerorez zero stars if possible. We used zerorez years ago with great results. We had a different experience this time. I booked services for pet odor/stain removal. The guy was really nice. He showed up on time and we discussed what I had last time and what I needed. I let him do his thing assuming he was going to do it the way I had booked online and the way we had discussed. He did not. Carpet still smells stains not gone. Weird. It took one treatment when they came a few years ago. He came back and my husband went over what we wanted done and he retreated. Said he had used the wrong cleaner. Still smells still stained. We paid $185 for him to clean a 8x8 spot on our carpet with nothing more than a carpet cleaner that I could rent myself (and I had told him that I had done that and the spots were still there. I went back online and looked at their website to see if I booked wrong or if their methods had changed. They had not. I contacted them again and they said someone would have to come out an assess the situation....,uhhhh he did that TWO times and still did not fix it. All in all, an expensive and frustrating company to deal with. I had given great reviews to my coworkers and friends before. This time was a much different situation. DO NOT USE! read more

Had a slow start with zero Rez. Based upon the fact that they did had not have my correct phone number. But they totally made it over the top better. The guy came over was super apologetic of all the problems. Then he gave me a free room cleaned because of all the problems. Score. Great company that's willing to fix a situation and make the customer really happy. My carpets look super clean and the technician was super interested in making sure that he got every spot that needed extra attention. Zero razz is awesome because they don't use any chemicals when they clean your carpets. I have used them before and the stains don't come back. Matt was at our house 27 minutes according to our security cameras. To clean 3 rooms and a hallway. Seemed way to quick. Rooms smelled horrible. Rescheduled for another tech to come out from 3-6 the following Thursday. Charles called at 10:30 asking to come at 1. I said, sorry that won't work our 2 year old naps then. His response was he didn't have to do this job at all, since it wasn't his mess up. I was just trying to keep from sitting around for several hours. I said, sorry that's not our problem thats why we scheduled it for 3-6. We actually would like to reschedule with someone else because we don't want you coming to our house. He hung up. Called the Nashville office. Explained what happened. Rescheduled for the next morning. Not long after got a call saying management was cancelling all together and offering no refund because we were rude to the technician. Insanely bizarre experience. Never experienced such horrible customer service. Still no phone call from the franchise owner or management after sending emails and leaving messages. Corporate office has been called. They came out and did a $60 pet treatment on a bedroom upstairs 2 weeks ago. The room smells far worse than it did before the cleaning, but they offered no refund when I called about it. I was also charged for cleaning 5 rooms, when I only had 4 cleaned. I spoke to them about the extra charge and they said they would submit it to their manager and call me back the next day. Do not buy from this company they do not live up to their agreement. We purchased their couch protection plan where they came out and out their"solution" on our couch to help protect from dirt and spills. At that time they give you a bottle to use to help with any stains that occur after the treatment as you can not use anything on your couch afterward but their solution. They have been out of this solution now for over 7 months and now my couch looks HORRIBLE. I have called 5+ times to see if the solution is back in stock and each time they tell me no and that a manager will call me back to discuss what can be used to actually clean/fix it. I have use zerorez out of Nashville about 3 to 5 times before. They have always done me a great job. Well that ended about 10 months ago when I had them come out to clean my living room and small hallway and master bedroom. I have always had an area rug in my living room and I have always told then just go over the rug and I'm not expecting to much on the rug. The prevuois guys have had no problem with this considering that they are getting the better end of the deal because there's not much carpet to clean when you consider with all my furniture. Well the guy they sent out said that he would have to charge me extra for the rug. Well I told him all I wanted is to just over it and I was not expecting much on the rug. He was very rude and kept argue with me. So I kicked him out of my house and called him rude and unprofessional. So the 25th got here and no confirmation phone call the day before just an e mail saying we will see you the 25th. So between noon and 3 I waited. Never heard from anyone saying they would be there. Never heard from anyone saying they would not be there. So I took off work early to get this done. So, my husband and I own a small business office in Franklin and had these guys come out to clean the carpet that was new 2 years ago. Since it's only the 2 of us in here it didn't really need much however, I had taken a salad out of the little frig and it dripped leaving spots that accumulated dirt over time. THAT was the main reason for having a "pro" come out. When the commercial Tech came out, I asked him about those spots coming back and he assured me they use something and they wouldn't BUT if it did, just call them and they'd come back. Well, I guess their window to come back is 30 days and it's taken 40-45 for the spots to show up so, they WILL ONLY COME BACK FOR $109!! First of all, they swish through the carpet so fast, there's no way they can get spots out and secondly they're full of crap when they talk to you!! I WILL get the spots out with a spot cleaner and NEVER EVER use them again. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was using another carpet cleaning company, they were really nice and would get my rugs/carpets clean, but every time they would "clean" my rug it would look dingy. I noticed because both my huge area rugs have white/cream patterns and it started looking like khaki gray!!! So when I heard the radio commercial for Zerorez about how 'the detergent other companies use can stay in your carpets making it attract more dirt faster' ....I was like....that sounds like mine! I was very skeptical as to how clean it would get with out detergent but I couldn't believe it, once my Zerorez cleaner started on the rugs they were turning back to their original white. And it's been a few weeks now and they have stayed their original color. It definitely worked and now I will always use them. Not to mention they were very affordable and its safe and effective. Zerorez is a clever moniker indicating "zero residue". It should mean zero results. I had them clean my carpets a few months ago, one of their "special's" they were running. The technician was very nice, professional & thorough. However, about a month after the treatment I started to notice the white socks I wear around the house began to look just like they did prior to the Zerorez treatment. They were increasingly dark on the bottom. I have no pets, minimal foot traffic, plus I remove my shoes & have visitors do the same as they enter my house. I will be looking elsewhere for my next carpet cleaning. read more

We started off with a great and easy ordering experience. They did warn us that it could be more based on not seeing the room sizes or the condition of the carpets. We have two dogs and a one year old. We also have a carpet cleaner that we use at least once a month. I get it, kids spill drinks and dogs have accidents. Anyways, we were quoted for carpets "sight unseen" and I was expecting to get upsold but simply decline the offer. Long story short, this employee was not going to have it. In order to get the carpets cleaned we HAD TO PAY the extra since there was urine detected in three of the four rooms. With everything they were trying to upsell us on we were looking to pay $700. Our house is 1300sq ft. NO THANK YOU. Needless to say, we sent him home and found a local service who graciously swooped in and saved the day. read more

I was told that he would move couches, chairs, end tables, & coffee tables. He did not move A SINGLE ITEM. There are still stains in the carpet. I've tried Zerorez once before years ago (on a finished basement carpet) and I wasn't happy. But I refuse to do chemicals, so when we bought our new house last week and I needed bedroom carpets sanitized, I decided to give them another try. These carpets are in bad shape. I told the tech I need to rip them out soon, but for now, I just needed them clean for hygiene purposes. I wish I could post the before and after pics because it's near impossible to describe the transformation. It was astonishing. Jason was awesome. I couldn't be happier with the results! I hired them to clean the grout in my shower and bathroom floor. They use a system of water pressure instead of chemically cleaning the grout. Unfortunately it did not work well. The grout was still very dirty when he finished. The workman was apologetic, but there was nothing he could do to fix it. Basically it was a waste of money. So, if you are thinking of getting your grout cleaned, look elsewhere. read more

I have been using zerorez to clean my carpets for at least the last three years. When we first moved into the home, we thought we would need to get the carpets replaced soon. Well, thanks to the excellent cleanings that we have received, we still have the original carpets! We've saved a lot of money for sure!! This review is long overdue....Since I just had my carpets cleaned again yesterday, thought I'd review them today~ Customer service: I order by phone as that has been quick and easy. The young lady who answers is courteous and has always a found a date/ time that works for my schedule. Cleaning: We have several furry pets and they are indoor/outdoor. The technician shows up and a uses this non-chemical process and my carpets in each room and the stairs look fantastic when they are done. The technicians have been very kind and on time. They explain what they are doing and afterwards take a walk through with me to show me their successful results. Prices: I believe for the quality of work they do, the prices are quite fair. They do have "specials' that are advertised on the radio, and for being a frequent customer, so ask them about that. Still very happy with my cleaning service but have to update my review to warn others about purchasing the spotter treatment. I used it on a fresh stain on wool carpet and it smelled of rotten eggs for over a week. The spotter doesn't smell in the bottle but obviously had some reaction to the stain and the material. Had a great experience with Zerorez Nashville. I scheduled online two days prior to the service with no problem. The two technicians arrived during the promised time frame and made a courtesy call 30min before they showed up. Sean and Carter were very friendly and very knowledgeable of the service they were providing. They did a quick water demo to show off their product as well as a towel demo to show how much dirt they can remove from the carpet. They also put down corner guards and were very conscious about not damaging any surfaces. Finally the price was better than any company I have previously used. VERY happy with Zerorez! read more

Made an appointment to have our carpets cleaned about 3-4 weeks in advance. Thought it was a bit of a long wait, but assumed it would be worth it. So, after moving everything out of all of our rooms and my husband waiting at the house all afternoon (took it off from work), we received a call that the technician had to cancel. This was AFTER he was supposed to have already been at our house. They said it was an emergency, which I totally understand happens. That really wasn't the problem. The problems were: A) the small discount the rep offered for the large inconvenience B) the fact that the offered discount actually changed to an even smaller discount when my husband called back to discuss further and spoke to a different rep (not really a display of integrity) and C) they were not able to get back out to our house to make it right for 4-5 more days, and we were trying to prepare for company. Hard to believe they can't squeeze in one extra appointment to make this right with us in a more timely manner so we can put our furniture back in our rooms. I think the sign of a great company is going the extra mile for the customer, especially when the inconvenience/cancellation is on them, but it doesn't appear Zerorez shares that mentality. I like to think I am a pretty understanding person, and I know things happen, but they really didn't try very hard (read: at all) to keep our business. Which is no problem; we called EverClean instead. They were able to come out the very next day and even offered us a discount for the trouble we went through with Zerorez. Now THAT's customer service, and we'll happily pay a little more to give our business to that kind of company. read more

Showed up on time as promised, did an excellent job of cleaning. Got done quickly. He was pushing really hard to add a coating,a little too hard. I was charged more because one of the hallways I told them about was stairs. There were also 3 closets they charged more for. The call taker should have asked if we had stairs and if we wanted closets cleaned. I wasn't hiding it, just didn't know to tell them. It was a pain paying the extra because the house belonged to my boss and she had already written the check for the quoted amount.
