Had a great lunch at zest! I got the vanilla latte cookie and the peanut butter bar and both were out of this world! So good! The oven baked falafel wrap was just okay, my mom had the flatbread and it was way better Great little spot for lunch and baked goods. I want to go back to try the coffee because I've heard great things, but their machine was broken!

Found myself in this cute little town for work and needed coffee in a bad way! Did a lottle yelp search and then asked a local which they preferred. Zest definitely came out on top! Being directly across from the campus I was definitely one of the older people in the place, but the coffee was worth the wait. My only complaint are the syrups. I really wish shops would stop using monin, it ruins the flavor of the coffee. The girl at the counter was nice and helpful and the barista definitely meant business, you could tell she knew her stuff. My favorite part however... the Shel Silverstein plastered counter! So creative and so much fun to read while waiting for my coffee!

What a GREAT little place tucked by campus and full of tasty treats and sandwiches and coffee, tea, smoothies and crafted latès! I wish I lived here because the lavender cream bars are SO PERFECT and well balanced and not to sweet! I also got the avocado breakfast sandwich and it was so tasty and savory with the egg cooked perfectly! The docorations are fun and the staff is friendly. They have a rotating drink menu that changes monthly and is always punny and clever named drinks and flavor combinations. Follow them on Instagram for updates and cute art!

Got a good vibe entering Zest. Loved the mismatched artwork and the sustainability focus with the option to use a mug on their shelf. Breve latte is my go to coffee shop drink and I wasn't disappointed. It was rich, smooth and very tasty. Didn't order any food. But the bakery looked picture perfect and they offered good deals on day old bakery. Next door to UW-Steven's Point so we will be back next visit to see our daughter.

Great mix of sandwiches and bakery items in a quirky but welcoming environment. Staff are courteous, and service is fairly fast. Altogether, a solid option in the area!

Decided to get lunch from here for the first time. They have fantastic healthy varieties of food to choose from! I got the Caprese Flatbread and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and WOW was everything amazing! Took me from hungover and irritated to being as happy as can be. I look forward to visiting the location in the future to try more! Highly recommend!

What a hidden gem in a sleepy college town like this one! I absolutely love the atmosphere here. This establishment is across the street from campus and situated next to a vapor shop. There were seating with tables and comfy sofas. Don't be fooled by the outside. Inside is where paradise is. We were greeted with smiles and a very laid back cashier. Attached to the service counter, yummy pastries sat behind the glass just begging to be eaten. Top left you'll find a Harry Potter Latte Menu. And that was it, I was sold. I basically said, "Just give me any hot beverage and anything behind the glass, I'll hand you however much you want." Service was friendly and fast. My husband bought a tea and it was heaven for him; piping hot and perfect for our stroll around campus in this polar vortex. There was also counter that had raw sugar, sugar cube, and other flavorings that you can toss in your drink but we didn't need any. Need a place to relax? Go, you won't be disappointed.

Great spot for coffee and pastries and lunch. Really wish they offered gluten free options for flatbread/sandwiches.

The staff at this Starbucks was very nice, I think the problem is that this is a small store that is bananas-busy! The drive-thru had 12 cars wrapped around the tiny parking lot, with more trying to get in from the side street--be careful in the parking lot, it is not designed well and navigating leaving with all the cars in the drive-thru is tricky! With all the drive-thru orders coming in, paired with the multitude of mobile orders (we watched them fill 7 of those while we waited), it's no wonder my coffee wasn't made correctly, and that it took so long. As I said, it seems like they're super busy and could use more staff.

I was sitting outside Starbucks working on my laptop for 5 mins. One of their employees came up to…read moreme and said that unfortunately they have a new policy where if you don't buy something then you have to leave. I am a lawyer, and I am in fact aware of this policy, but coercing someone into buying something after 5 minutes is discriminatory, and ridiculous. I am also a black man, and I have a beard. I informed the person, i understand and that I literally just sat down, and would buy something shortly. I bought something, but as I was sitting there with my coffee, several white customers were sitting outside, with ice cream, and food from nearby shops (which I have no problem with, the problem was not the employee, but the policy itself). However, those customers were not asked to leave, if they didn't buy something, and they sat for more than 5 mins. This also happened to me in Madison. This pattern is a result of starbucks policy, and the selective enforcement, against those who "appear" poor and "appear" black. Do better

Items do you have a tendency to be more expensive than what you could purchase at Walmart, but for having something conveniently located it evens out for me. There's also a spot where you can pour your own jug Kombucha which is pretty fun.

I continued our nightly routine of getting ready for bed when I realized-- we were out of milk!!! Oh NO!! So I made a late night run to our local Trigs. Upon arriving to Trigs I noticed I forgot my cell phone so I decided to stop by the cashier to check my #WIC benefits for I was unsure of what type of milk was "approved". I didn't want to hassle the cashier later by possibly bringing the wrong type of milk and having her have to restock it. (I was being considerate) Mind you, there was no one in line and the store appeared to have little to no customers. As I requested for her to look up my WIC benefits, I was unable to immediately find my card. Searching through my purse, I began to apologize. As I looked up with relief when I found it, I notice a few people in line and the cashier shaking her head while having an annoyed look on her face. Prior to prompting the screen, she loudly said.. "Is this for WIC or EBT??" (I was uncomfortable with her "announcing" my personal business in front of the other customers behind me and if she was listening I had already told her what benefits I needed to be checked at the beginning of our conversation). As she the prompted the POS system to read my card, I didn't not see the card reader screen request for me to swipe. She then asked with an annoyed tone for me to "swipe" so I did but it did not read. This occurred once more, that is when I explained, "my screen is not requesting for me to swipe--" ...she responded again with an attitude-- "well, my screen is..." as few seconds passed and the card reader screen finally requested for me to swipe my card so I was finally able to complete this transaction. I then went and grabbed my milk, brought it back to check out with her as she was the only cashier but while "helping" me this time she started to have a personal side conversation about her day with the person she personally knew behind me. How rude!!! I then decided to address my frustation, stating that it was extremely rude and how she made me feel and left. I hated the feeling of being rush or being an annoyance. I am a customer too and deserve the same customer service and respect regardless of what time it is, regardless of whether or not I am using government "assistance", regardless if I am of minority descent, regardless if there are three people standing in line behind me. At the end of the transaction, I am a paying customer (again, REGARDLESS of how I'm paying). In addition, I am a mother who has a two year old anxiously waiting for his nightly cup of milk-- so if anything I am the one who should be rushing you, not the other way around and you ma'am are on the job, so do what you are getting paid to do, you profiler!!!!!! Side note: I just want to ask who has not EVER misplaced or rummaged through their purse for their debit/credit card while checking out? I am sure I would not be the first!!! So BONNIE, (the name of the cashier) CHILL the freak down. Congratulations you have succeeded on poorly representing Trigs!!! You definitely have not done Trigs a favor. If you can NOT handle the "pressure" of a little line starting at 10:30PM then I suggest that #customerservice is NOT the field of work for you. And keep your personal/side conversations to yourself while "helping" the current customer in front of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #sorryNOTsorry #horriblecustomerservice #profiling #justsaying
