With this review I will have done both. I cannot emphasize enough what a rare gem for food this is, there really isn't much like it in the area. I have been coming for lunch and dinner for years and have not been disappointed. The menus are constantly evolving but always feature fresh top shelf ingredients. Casino used to refer to a building for dancing, meetings, and entertainment, hence the name. We parked in the lot and headed toward the wooden building with the curved roof. The casino building and some of the nearby buildings reminded me of buildings at Indiana Beach, and I realized these had some history to them as well. They date back to the 1920s, and it's great to see them still in use. Inside, we found a lot of seating, a curtained stage for live music, a bar, and garage doors open to the Chain O'Lakes. The spring-fed lake nearby has beautiful blue green water and was busy with boat traffic on a warm sunny Saturday. We found some seats and the bar and ordered some beers. I noticed they also had cocktails and wine, and some nice glassware to compliment the beverages. We both ordered the Wanna Smash Burger: two patties with American cheese, thick peppery bacon, lettuce, red onion, and their ICC sauce served with kettle potato chips ($18). I didn't really want bacon on my burger, but it turned out that this was some really fine thick bacon, hanging well outside of the boundaries of the bun, and it was delicious. The burger was good as well, the ICC sauce had a bit of sweetness to it, and all of the flavors worked well together. The access to the lake on a beautiful day makes this a great option for food and/or drinks. And they host live music, yoga, and other events well.

He said "just give her that one." Then I heard him calling someone in the back to ask where the cake was. As I peer around the corner, I see him getting a cake out of a display cooler that matches a small cake next to it. This cake had cookie-like flowers on the top that were nothing like what I had asked for. My cake topper is not on it. He starts boxing it up and tells me $70. I said, "I know thats not my cake, and I need to get to my hair appt. I will come back and I hope you get this figured out." He says nothing, but the whole time my daughter and I can tell that they didn't have my cake. My hair appt took quite a while, so I directed my husband to take care of it. He went to the bakery (which had finally found my cake topper) and was told that the items they tried to sell me were my order (New York style cheesecake does not have whipcream on it - nor did we ask for it). They said they could wipe the whip cream off , and they told him thats how all of their frosting flowers are made - like cookies that crumble. He mentioned we had shown a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like from their fbook page. He was then told that the picture was of a cake a customer had brought in and that they never made that cake. This blows my mind because why would you have it on your page then - nothing like false advertising. If they couldn't make the cake like what I had shown them when I ordered it - they should have said something at the time! What really happened is they never made my order to begin with and tried to pass off an old display cheesecake and someone else's cake instead and charge me full price - then lied to us about it! I would think twice before ordering anything important from this bakery. I left a comment about the situation on the picture of the cake I had wanted and they deleted my comment and blocked me. Don't believe all of their good reviews - they censor the bad ones.
