I have been getting botox injections for eight years in a clinic in Bellevue and have always had excellent results. Having recently moved to the Tri-Cities I wanted to find a clinic that was closer for the convenience. A friend of a friend referred me to Zest of Beauty. When I first called they wouldn't give me a price quote over the phone. I dropped in at the clinic later that week and spoke to Luciana who was very polite to me and gave me a discounted price quote for botox. I had a good first impression of the clinic and its staff. I made an appointment to have the botox injections, which were performed by the owner Olga Munro. On the day of the appointment I was brought to a room and sat in a normal chair, not a reclining procedure chair normally found in a doctor's office. Olga and I talked briefly about the different procedures available at the clinic, and I told her quite clearly that I wanted botox. Olga and Luciana - who had joined us later - left the room for a short while and then came back looking a bit nervous. Olga then proceeded with the procedure. I noticed during the procedure that the injections weren't cold - as botox is usually refrigerated - but I didn't bring it up because I had trusted that I was receiving professional honest treatment. After leaving the clinic I looked in a mirror and realized that I had dots of blood on my forehead from the injections because Olga hadn't bothered to clean them afterwards. Almost two weeks later I called the clinic because I hadn't yet had the results that I had been expecting from all my previous treatments of botox at the aforementioned clinic in Bellevue. I went through my paperwork from Zest of Beauty and noticed on my receipt that the product I was sold was labeled xeomin, rather than botox. A bit confused, I looked up xeomin on the Internet to see if it was another name for botox. What I learned was that xeomin was an inferior product that lasted for only three months rather than the four-five months that botox did and had less affect on target areas. I called the clinic, very concerned because I had explicitly stated that I wanted botox and had paid for the procedure under the belief that I was paying for botox. I talked to Luciana who dismissed my concerns and informed me that Zest of Beauty used the words botox and xeomin interchangeably because they were essentially the same product. In her own words, "they're like Coke and Pepsi[.]" She also informed me that xeomin was a generic of botox, and it was at this point that she told me that xeomin didn't last as long as botox, confirming what I had read. I called back a second time and was told to come back to the clinic to receive more injections in order to achieve the results that I had expected. I had already been given 44 units, far more than the 35 I used to receive in the clinic I used to go to. I then asked if I would be charged for the additional units and was informed that I would indeed have to pay more. Later that same day my husband called the clinic. They tried to tell him the same story and when he objected they claimed he was being rude and offensive. In my opinion I do not think he was rude or offensive to them, and I believe he had every right to be upset. I felt that this was a serious deception because I had trusted the clinic to be forthcoming with me and that I was receiving what I had asked and paid for. In Bellevue I paid approximately $450.00 for my treatments and at Zest of Beauty I paid $435.00 in total, a difference of only $15.00. At the time I thought that it was simply a good deal or a promotion but now I see that I overpaid for a product that I had no interest in. Money itself isn't the concern here, rather I'm concerned with quality. If I am injecting something into my body I want to be sure that it is the best quality and that it is what I expected. I would like to emphasize once more that at no point during the procedure itself was I informed that it was a different product. read more

Truly as good as it gets! In April I scheduled a consultation with Olga that turned out fantastic, she was able to take an additional hour because she wasn't scheduled with a client at that time, to explain procedures and effects and what I should expect. I came to her clinic as recommended by a good friend of mine who was very pleased with her treatment results. I was looking for a way to smooth out the old wrinkles under my eyes and cheeks. Olga recommended both botox and fillers to accomplish my needs. I scheduled treatment and did what was recommended post treatment and experienced exactly what she described. I had some slight swelling and bruising that disappeared in a few days. To follow up she asked that I return to her clinic for a post treatment exam. I'm very happy to say that all went well and that I will return to Olga's clinic in time if I see a need. read more

A good friend and I have been going to Zest of Beauty for several months. We have been treated very well by all the staff. The clinic is very lovely. They have a number of different procedures and products and explain them all very well. I am currently having a skin tightening procedure done every two weeks for a total of six sessions . I will update my review when I complete this procedure. My friend had a CO2 treatment done by Olga a month ago. The initial results have been amazing. I'm anxious to see how she will look in a few months. I always enjoy myself when I go to the clinic. The prices are fair and each month they have special offers. I've had a few filler injections in my lips and checks. I'm very pleased with results as they look very natural. My plan is to go as needed for maintenance read more

Olga Munro NP is everything I wanted in a provider. For me it was really important that she's an artist. She's motivated by her own experience and has a genuine intention. She doesn't sugar coat anything and she never tried to convince me of anything. I knew before my consultation was over that she was the one I'd pick. I've visited several medspas in the area and have found Zest the most welcoming, specialized, and fun. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Olga is extremely talented and compassionate. I have had multiple services done from botox and dermal filler (Juvederm and Restylane), to microdermabrasion, eyelashes, and microblading. Great results, service, and experience every single time. It was a clean and nice environment. It was inexpensive you can pick a more expensive treatment within that aesthetician; the gal that worked on me was very friendly and polite and did a great job with the service I paid for. I got a great facial and extras for $40! It was worth every penny. Their customer service is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place. I would rate this crazy owner a negative star if I could. She will rip you off and do a horrible job. No results and charges more than other places. I believe she uses partial tubes of fillers and claims to use the entire tube. Run please ! Do research and go anywhere else.
