I had a really disappointing experience here. I am someone who treats myself to a manicure/pedicure once in a while; I don't have overly high expectations, but my manicure turned out terrible. The shape of the nails is uneven and sloppy, and the overall job was rushed. To make matters worse, the technician was rude and made me feel uncomfortable when it came time to pay, acting like I should leave a bigger tip even though the service was poor!! That is unbelievable!! For $100 I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I was happy that they took me as a walk in. When I sat on the chair the lady that was going to do my pedicure brought a small container with the supplies needed for my pedicure. The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. Called the day before to make an appointment for 2 pedicures. The lady on the phone was rude and at first refused to schedule us. I finally talked her into doing it for my daughter and I. When we came in the next day we were early and they refused to see us. Told us they are very busy! I don't know why people even come here. They are the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. We went around the corner and walked into another salon and it was amazing! They were so happy for our service. Will never return to Edison St Nails. Glad I took my business elsewhere! read more

I made an appointment the day before she'd when i showed up, I just sat there for over 20 minutes PAST my appointment time before they started! In the era of the pandemic, the same dremel tops are being used for multiple clients without sterilization in between and I need to specifically ask for a new set of files...gross! Then for this sub-par experience they charge almost double what other salons charge for a simple fill! read more

Absolutely loved the service! Small cozy place and the ladies there were so sweet. Not many nail salons make you feel this welcome. I got a lady who took her time, was very detailed with my nails and did an amazing job. I believe it's by appointment only which makes it even better, there's no rush and the wait is very minimal. I don't usually write bad reviews but I'm going to write one this time. As we walk into the door the staff was very friendly very nice, didn't wait long. I got the dipping powered done, the lady made my nails way to thick I don't know if she knew what she was doing. She kept on dipping my nails over over. She cut two of my fingers. I was very unhappy. I called to schedule an appointment yesterday she told me it was $35 dollars over the phone when I got there I paid $42. Really unhappy and probably going to have to go somewhere to redo them. Great service; Purchased 4 pedicures sight unseen for myself, a bride to be, her fiancé, and my husband (boys had never had a pedicure; we thought it would be fun!) Long story short, they communicated very well over the phone, accommodated us to every extent, and kept our appointment even when they were short staffed. They kept us a half an hour past closing time to finish us since we couldn't make it before 6PM, and they were very kind the whole time. I went here for the first time this weekend and had an awesome pedicure. The tech was very meticulous and made sure I did not have any discomfort. The foot and calf massage was REAL; not just the short, light "fake" massages that you get at a lot of places. I also saw all of the techs clean the foot basins between customers, and they even sprayed the chairs with lysol. I wish I would have got the lady's name, but I think she may have been the owner or manager. She was very friendly and spoke good English. read more

While they did a really good job with cleaning nail beds and applying the polish, I really wasn't impressed with this salon. Despite making an appointment, I was passed from one nail technician to another the first ten minutes after arriving and had to repeat what I wanted to each of the four technicians. And I really look forward to a nice hand massage with my manicure, but salons in this area skip that portion of the service. What gives? read more

My friend and I were just dropping in on our way home, and we called around 4:15 to make an apt. We were told 5 pm, but as soon as they opened up at 4:30, we got a call to come in early! Both of us got acrylic nails and were well cared for. Our ladies took their time making sure we loved what we were getting, and suggesting styles they think are cute. I love my nails they are amazing. The lady who did my nails was super nice and she did a really good job. I went with my sister she had a different experience than I did. Her nails were really really bad compared to mine. They were all messed up and had bubbles and they were just way to thick. My wife brought me her twice now and the women here are amazing! I feel bad that during my pedicure that it took a power tool to clean my heel haha but they were good sports. Very professional, kind, and thorough! My wife loves it here and I do too. I go for the massage chair, leg and foot massage, but they do a great job cleaning up my feet too. I really like this place. The difference from other places is that this place won't take every walk-in unless they have time in their schedule.
