Had gotten filler from their "best" person Amanda F., it's the worst placement I have ever gotten In the 7 plus years I've been getting filler. On top of that is was an off brand filler and then charged $800 for the syringe with no results. In past years it has taken a half of syringe from the person that used to do my filler, but unfortunately she has moved out of state. Won't ever go back, if she's the best there I'm a bit afraid to try my $800 luck on someone else. read more

I feel discriminated by Amanda Peterson. I spent at least a thousand dollars here at my first visit, but my second (and last) visit with a different provider (Amanda P), was uncomfortable to say the least. During my consultation I shared a couple areas of concern with her but for one reason or another was turned down for each of them. I thought this was odd especially since an alternative treatment was not recommended for one of them, just a denial. Since then, two other qualified and professional derm offices confirmed inaccuracies in what Amanda P. told me. Besides this she had an unpleasant and unwelcoming personality. Unless you're white, I don't recommend going to Amanda P. because you probably won't get accurate advice or good customer service. The manager here was kind and apologized on her behalf. She confirmed the information shared with me by Amanda P. was inaccurate and kindly invited me back to be scheduled with another provider. However, I can't do business with a place who employs a provider who makes paying customers feel unwelcome and gives inaccurate medical advice. read more

Terrible Results spent $3800 for Laser and micro needling procedure. what a waste of money and my time. I documented my results by taking photos once a month (6mos). I was told to see results. What a load of bull crap. They are terrible with customer service. I complained about the results I was promised. Should see an improvement by first treatment in my skin...nothing. They didn't care at all and tried to tell me they didn't promise the results I was told and even argued with me that I had an improvement in my sagging skin when there was no evidence in the photos. I never received a partial refund or even an apolog. Do not go there for skin care! It's such a lie. However, my daughter got the lazer hair removal there and it was good. read more

I got my very first cosmetic procedure (well some lip injections) here. I am so scared of needles!!!! Amanda was amazing! She answered all my questions and was very patient and professional with me. I was told it would hurt very badly but the numbing cream she gave me helped so much so it was more like a tiny pinch if I even felt anything. I'm very happy with the results. Great place! I have seen Amanda for a treatment as well as did a hydrofacial and both were great. Amanda took her time and explained everything and seemed to really care how it turned out. I had the hydrofacial the second visit and the results were great but just go in knowing it's not your hour long relaxing facial. I am so grateful that I found Synergy Medaesthetics. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the front desk and offered coffee. The treatment rooms are spacious and warm with just the right amount of clinical feel. I have been able to witness the skills of both of their Nurses and I am so impressed by the quality and skill. Both Rene and Jen have hands of angels and solid technical skills AND most of all they were super compassionate and kept me really comfortable.
