I'm so glad I did! The environment in Laura's space is super calming (lemongrass essential oils...mmm, dimly lit, and the comfiest bed ever to lay on-I could have easily fallen asleep). Laura never made me feel judged for my acneic skin and curated the facial, right then and there, to fit my needs. My skin was seriously glowing, after! At the end of my facial, she even gifted me a sample of a Vitamin-C serum that she had on hand, to help with my hyperpigmentation. Laura has such a grounding personality about her-kind, genuine, and non-judgmental...all of the things I would want from an esthetician when being in a vulnerable state (barefaced). Oh! And, I must mention-I have gone back to her multiple times for waxing and I can't say enough great things about the experience! Normally, when I get waxed, my skin is red and irritated for the remainder of the day, afterward. Not with Laura-I was able to return to work within the hour of leaving my appointment with no trace of redness or irritation. Incredible. If you are on the fence about treating yourself because you have anxiety like me (about having sensitive skin), don't be. Laura is amazing and will leave you feeling rejuvenated, post-visit. Take an hour out of your day and treat yourself. :) You deserve it!

They had an appointment which they were on time for & they weren't even serviced until 45 minutes past the appointment time. The guy doing my daughter's full set of acrylic nails did NOT listen to my daughter when she told him what she wanted. He made her bleed & when she said "ouch" he told her it was her fault he drew blood. When she asked the he remove a nail polish glob from her finger he glared at her & again said it was her fault. My niece was getting a full acrylic set & before she was even done with the set they stopped working on her fingers to do her pedicure & so that they could assist a new customer.... I would not recommend this place to anyone.

However, I had gel nails done, and my friend had acrylics done. I absolutely rate ZERO stars for the gel nails. Unfortunately, the tech was not at all experienced, and it took much too long to have my nails done. It's only been two days and one of them has broken because of the product used being inferior. As far as the acrylics go, although they were completed very quickly and they looked nice,.I can tell you, that I am extremely disappointed in how much work had to be done to shape the nails correctly and clean them up after the appointment. Yes, we were from out of town, and we are not their normal customers. However, we paid full price as did everyone else. It cost almost $400 with tip, to have our nails and toes done. I did see some BEAUTIFUL work being done on regulars that were there, but my experience was not so good.

Absolutely Furious and Deeply Disappointed - Do NOT Go to TC Nails & Spa…read more I rarely get time to treat myself, but with two babies under two at home, I carved out precious time (and paid for a babysitter!) to get a gel manicure and pedicure at TC Nails & Spa. What should've been a relaxing experience turned into an expensive, frustrating disaster. The pedicure was done correctly--no complaints there. But when it came to my fingernails, I decided to change the color from my toes, and the nail tech accidentally used regular polish instead of gel. The kicker? She didn't realize this mistake until after she had completely finished the manicure. At that point, I'd already been in the chair for 45 minutes and couldn't stay any longer--I had to get home to my kids. She offered to remove everything and start over, but that just wasn't possible time-wise. I was told I'd only be charged for regular polish (fine), and left assuming it would at least look decent with the gel topcoat she applied. 30 minutes later--after running next door to Costco to pick up a quick dinner--I looked down and saw my nails were completely smashed and ruined. The polish hadn't set at all. I immediately went back in, showed them the mess, and politely asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault, suggesting I should've known the difference between gel and regular polish bottles because I "okayed" the color. I ended up paying $92 including tip for a service that left my nails ruined, paper-thin from gel prep, and a whole evening wasted--not to mention the money I spent on babysitting. The total lack of accountability or care from the staff made this even worse. I walked out feeling angry, unheard, and completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values your time, money, and business. TC Nails & Spa clearly doesn't.
