It was so clean and beautiful that I wanted to move in or stay for a cup of tea. My daughter is 3 and was in no mood for pictures yet somehow Robin got her to turn it on kist when she needed her too and paused for tears without rushing us. When I opened the album I started crying! I couldn't believe how beautiful the photos were. There is a light in my daughters eyes that I see everyday that she somehow captured. I also loved that Robin put up with my props and pose requests to match some photos I did when I was little. On the day of the photoshoot, she was very patient with the newborn and his older brother as well and took time to address all the tiny details before clicking. I went back and forth with the thought of getting newborn photos done of our little girl. On a…read morewhim, I found Debra. We chatted and I immediately knew that it had to be done. With a newborn and a husband back at work, Debra worked with our schedule to get us into her amazing studio. I think "amazing studio" is an understatement. She has transformed her home into a place where magic happens. As an art major myself, the numerous backdrops, floors, lighting options, and props galore made me want to spend the day there just looking at everything! Speaking of, we actually DID spend the day there. Our little girl might not have been the most cooperative but Debra has been called the "baby whisperer" for good reason! It took my husband and I by surprise to see Debra work her baby magic since we have been dealing with an ongoing fussy period for weeks now. And, while it took a good handful of hours to get the perfect pics, it was worth every second. I couldn't help feeling giddy as we watched Debra gently position her in adorable baskets under huge studio lights, wrapped into the most angelic moments.
