Percocet is NOT effective for that kind of Pain; Percocet gives Me Headache, creates Constipation, and very little Pain Relief. ONLY Dylaudid was effective, and I had told several Nurses that only Dylaudid gave Me relief. Upon Discharge, Ward prescribed Percocet. Ward has Disconnect with Hospital Staff and will only change Prescription if I visit him - which I can't as I am in pain, and not able to shower. David Ward needs to take classes in Proper Patient Manners/Communication and needs to under Pain Management. AVOID this physican.

The reception asked questions like: wha's wrong with you? (in a very mean tone). When you answered like: I have chest pain, they then asked: which part of your chest? You have to show the area, then they questioned you further : is it really? How much pain is that? .....you have to answer each ridiculous and stupid question they asked. Then they impatiently said to you: just sit and wait, we will call you when ready. Very Unprofessional! they are not even nurses , why they have to dig into all of your sickness and showing that you are not supposed to be here attitude ?! Every time I visit the doctor, I have to be insulted by the reception women!

I tried working with a pain management specialist but unfortunately I needed surgery. I saw a few surgeons to see what they would recommend. I was terrified and in so much pain and every surgeon I spoke with made me feel like a number until I met Dr. Pan and his staff. From the moment you walk into their office you feel cared for. My nerve pain was so severe that I cried all the time but they never minimized my pain, they understood what I was going through and I felt less alone. I was terrified of having to have surgery but Dr. Pan was so reassuring and confident in what I needed. He is kind, funny, a great listener and an excellent surgeon. I had the surgery 2 months ago and it has been life changing. I have zero nerve pain and feel like myself again. The scar from the surgery is almost gone and everyone I see is amazed at how little the scar is. If you are having nerve pain and surgery is recommended, make an appointment with Dr. Pan asap! You will be so happy you did! A special shout out to his wonderful staff who helped me with my insurance and disability paperwork. They are amazing people and made one of the most difficult times in my life better. They are thoughtful, caring and supportive through the whole process. They messed up with the billing and it is very difficult to communicate with Dr. Lee about the billing as she does not really read the email. It has been a very frustrating experience.

I've been to three different urologist offices over the years and this is by far the best office…read more The staff is very nice and Dr. Terens is an amazing doctor and friendly guy. He makes you extremely comfortable and your urological problems feel less embarrassing. I was in complete agony recently and this office brought me in immediately to be seen and treated by Dr. Terens. They respond in a timely manner after leaving messages and even call up to checkup on you after procedures. Dr. Terens even personally called me over the weekend to check up on me when I was in pain. He again will see me right away Monday morning to treat me and make me feel better. This is a very caring office and staff and I highly recommend this office and Dr. Terens. Dr. Terens will definitely be the only urologist I ever see as I feel he is knowledgeable and really cares for his patients and I trust him. I've never felt more comfortable and taken care of by any other doctor. Usually I'm nervous to see any doctor and be examined but I've never felt more comfortable than I do with Dr. Terens. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable by getting me a blanket and constantly checking in on me. She played music to ease my anxiety and was super professional. She got everything done in a timely manner. She really took the time to treat me as an individual and not just a number. I appreciated her efforts! The facility was very clean as well.
