He works from a home base, so while he may not have a storefront this is still a guy looking to build a business and put in the work. I will not judge harshly for his comments for he has been burned. For the record, he has been refunded not only his 1600 deposit, but an additional 100.00, which I volunteered to pay for his trouble. No court filing required. Fact is I was dealing with severe health issues that led to the delay of his work. Furthermore, in our 32 years in operation, there have been zero complaints filed with BBB or Consumer Affairs. If you research the stats, you'll find only a small slither of small business can say that. We have made the corrective measures to this situation, and toward any future incidents. Back then we had a 1986 Chevy Blazer. They were even unsure we would make it back to East Williamsburg with an intact car and materials. But none the less we told them load it up and they did. We drove carefully but that load had the car practically touching the street. We got alot of stares from pedestrians and other drivers. Materials and all we made it home. My father passed and I still can rely on the company. There are companies closer to me but either they don't have what I need or they relocate far. Omni may be far from me but they are reliable. If they don't have it they can give you just as satisfactory options. Do you want the whole piece, do you want them to cut to size and keep the left over pieces, etc. Prices to me are reasonable. I have to ise them again tomorrow.

Where is the zillion star button???!!!!…read more Richard is the best!!!!! I used him through Roadway Moving service after my bed wouldn't fit into my tiny NYC apartment (wah..wah..big surprise). He took the bed on Saturday and he was done by Monday-but thanks to my crazy schedule I couldn't get it delivered until Friday. It was no problem for Richard...He is polite and friendly. and neat...he brought my bed downstairs and even helped me put my boxspring and mattress on the bed. He had to take the banister out he was neat and clean and then on top of it put everything back into order. And when he was running a little late he was kind enough to let me know well in advance. The bed looks perfect and I have somewhere to sleep tonight :) Call him...he is the best.
