It's a family run business so I felt like I was treated like a "real" person rather then just another client. I didn't feel stupid asking questions and the graphic designer didn't rush me through the design process. Printing turnaround time and shipping is really fast, my signs have always arrived in great condition and Deluxe has even come through for me on a rush order that I needed in less then 24hrs. Oh yea, and their prices are also the best I've seen across the board! Well done Deluxe Design!

I have been in a couple of businesses in the last 30 years and all have required a vehicle wrap or…read moresignage. I am new to New Mexico and started my business up, and again required a vehicle wrap for my service van. I purchased my commercial van through fleet at Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque. The fleet manager asked if I was going to wrap the van? I replied Yes, however don't know who to use. He recommended Highly Kings of Wrap in Rio Rancho. I reached out to Raul at Kings of Wrap and was so impressed about how he conducted himself on the phone. He took his time on questions and answers, and was able to give me a ball park price. Before deciding on using Kings of Wrap I did shop around and found that most companies didn't answer the phones, and the ones who did wasn't phone patient. Still to this day, I am waiting on return phone calls via leaving messages on answering machines. Needing a company logo, I asked Raul if he knew of an artist/graphic designer? He advised me he can help me design a logo based on my vision. We met at his office to brain storm for an hour and after our back and forth conversations he was able to create a fantastic logo for my company. At this point hasn't even asked for a dime. Most of the companies require an upfront deposit to lock you in. I can go on and on over how Professional Kings of Wrap is. However, you will have to experience that for yourself. From the initial contact to the install of the wrap by his son Daniel (who you will really like) you will find here Quality, Professionalism, and Superb Workmanship. One last piece of advice - When shopping for a wrap or signage make sure they are only using 3M wrap material, inks, and they laminate the wrap. I have had friends who had wraps done, and in 6 months cracks and discoloration issues. Kings of Wraps use 3M only, just ask Raul about this. Cannon

They were kind enough to walk me through my computer issues to get them the size they needed. Which most companies wouldn't have spent time doing. When they had the image they needed, they quickly had my sign printed. The quality was the best it comes. My foam board sign made the 50th Wedding Anniversary party extra special. Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. Just wash your hands, and then call this company, you won't regret it.

I truly like being able to come here and send out small packages quickly. Also, I recently had occasion to have some small booklets printed and, after a bad experience at another printer last year I decided to give RRP a try. To my great surprise, this place was able to do exactly what I wanted, in less than two hours, and at 1/4 of the price the "chain" place down the hill did last year. Any more printing I need will be here. The only complaint I have is that they don't open the post office portion until 11:00 a.m. On some days, that really messes up my errand schedule, but I've learned to live with it.

I opened a request for a divorce lawyer to handle an uncontested divorce. I was told initially it would cost @$350-375. In less than a week I was told I was being referred to another office and now it was going to be $1800 . The Wiseman Law group in which I was referred is now doing business as David/Miles. Doesn't seem right to me ?!? For @ 4 months there were alot of delays , excuses and a total lack of communication . Adding immensely to an already stressful situation. Terrible experience.

We asked for them to come to Albuquerque, N.M. where we have our great help from Legal Shield. We end up going four times to the IRS office and . . . we end up with $300.00 (which we were entitled and used it the following year ) :) We have used our membership in every way, shape and form, we just love it.
