The service department at the dealer tried to tell me that the window was aftermarket tinted, even though the glass was stamped from Ford with tint and lamination, and that the tint would need to be replaced, so I reached out to a friend who referred me to Tom. Not only did Tom take the time to explain what the issue was with my window (it was not aftermarket tinted, the dealer damaged the glass), he was also able to help mitigate the damage enough to make it so I could look out of the window without making myself crazy, until the dealer can get the glass from Ford to replace it. The gentleman at the dealer treated me dismissively, which I have found to be typical when you are a small women who drives a big truck...lol, but not Tom. Tom was willing to share his knowledge with me, so when I went back to the dealer I was able to speak intelligently about the damage. Thank you Tom!

I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed.
