LAME....I called the guy yesterday to see how much it would cost to have a stereo unit installed that I had purchased....I told him not once but TWICE that I only had the receiver, and that he would have to add any additional parts......I also told him not ONCE BUT TWICE that I wanted the Sirius radio hooked up.....And that the radio was "satellite ready"....He even looked up the model number I gave him so he knew exactly what he would have to do, and what parts were needed.....I am 100% sure I made this crystal clear to him, and my gf even listened to the conversation as well and she verifies this..... When dealing with these types of things I like to make sure we are on the same page so we do not waste anyone's time, and that there are no surprises..... So I set an appointment for today to have my stereo installed.....He told me it would be $95 to install it.... I arrived for the install. I thought it was odd when I got there he told me to bring in all the equipment I had considering that I had already told him NOT ONCE BUT TWICE that all I had was the stereo receiver..... He then told he that I didn't have all the parts...Oh really ? As if I didn't know this.... So then he told me it would be an extra $150 on top of the $95....The $150 was for the satellite radio part (not sure if that even included labor)..... Needless to say I did not have it installed, and will now look elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time Premier Car Audio.... LAME LAME LAME.... read more

WE got the Christmas deal to save a bunch on a remote starter. We made an appointment and dropped the car off. We got a call later thad day with the owner saying that the installer called in and the car couldn't get done. He said he would upgrade us to the 2-way unit, which made us happy. We drop the car off for our next appointment, and he said it would be the first install he gets to. The install took three hours longer than he stated, he didn't know how to work the starter (manual transmission). How does the owner of a Car audio/remote starter facility not know how his product works. When we get home, we realize that the remote starter they installed was NOT the 2-way like he promised us, but the basic 1-way. DEFINITELY not going back for ANYTHING. read more
