The service department at the dealer tried to tell me that the window was aftermarket tinted, even though the glass was stamped from Ford with tint and lamination, and that the tint would need to be replaced, so I reached out to a friend who referred me to Tom. Not only did Tom take the time to explain what the issue was with my window (it was not aftermarket tinted, the dealer damaged the glass), he was also able to help mitigate the damage enough to make it so I could look out of the window without making myself crazy, until the dealer can get the glass from Ford to replace it. The gentleman at the dealer treated me dismissively, which I have found to be typical when you are a small women who drives a big truck...lol, but not Tom. Tom was willing to share his knowledge with me, so when I went back to the dealer I was able to speak intelligently about the damage. Thank you Tom!

I called the business when I originally purchased the deal and it took days for them to get back to me. I recently called again to make an appointment and I reached their voicemail which stated they are not accepting Groupons. I left a message (not indicating that I had a Groupon) for them to call me back last week and they still haven't returned my phone call. Their website states "we offer convenience with a smile." Are they smiling at me while I'm trying to return my Groupon?

Within about 20-25 min, we walked back & the tire was patched up. The guy was super nice. He said they do EVERYTHING in there concerning cars, for any car. The prices seem very reasonable. There's a drop box also , so u can leave ur keys,name,address & phone & drop off your vehicle when they're not open. It seems like a very good & convenient place to go to. They will be my new "go to" car place from now on.
