The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the value was great! They even give Veterans discount. When we picked up the vehicles we were amazed at how shiny and sleek they looked. The 2019 CRV looked like a brand new car. Even did some paint touchup where there were chips in the paint. My husband took his Ridgeline to the dealer for a recall and the dealer even commented on how good the truck looked. We were very satisfied with the work, cost, and time it took. Never got a response until Sunday evening, saying there was no "tech help" Sunday... at the point I told him to wait till after the holidays. I still have never heard from him since. It is now March 2nd 2020! My brother has been reaching out on my behave to get this issue resolved and he is still unresponsive, delayed and inconsiderate. I have reached out again asking for a refund, so I can get it done by a true professional and get it done correct. He's a terrible "business" person and unprofessional. The scheduling, service and customer service was great. I was able to get in the day after I…read morecalled and it only took 30 min to replace my windshield. When I called, the owner said it would be $395 + tax and that I would have to pay a $100 deposit when confirming the appointment. What he didn't say was that I would have to pay 3% charge for my credit card. There was no other option available when prompted to confirm on my phone. I'm not saying this place was bad, but if you are shopping around for prices, this is a more expensive option.
