In less than 15 minutes they had it found and my rear cargo put back together. Most importantly, they were not judgmental of the state of my mom-mobile, nor were they dismissive of my own previous efforts and methods of searching for the elusive air pod. We also had them do a window tinting on the Honda Ridgeline Driver's and Passenger side windows. They had it done in a day. Were very professional. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the value was great! They even give Veterans discount. When we picked up the vehicles we were amazed at how shiny and sleek they looked. The 2019 CRV looked like a brand new car. Even did some paint touchup where there were chips in the paint. My husband took his Ridgeline to the dealer for a recall and the dealer even commented on how good the truck looked. We were very satisfied with the work, cost, and time it took. We are from Wexford and even drove out to Irwin because of the reviews and we are glad we did! We would highly recommend Pittsburgh Pro Car Care. One note: they didn't detail the interior. Spent $100 to get a new battery (the very next day!) Messaged him as soon as it was done. Took him days to respond. When he finally did, We Set up a day later that week. He never responded to confirm. I drove to his "shop" and of course, not there. I called, text and messaged him on every social media he has. He ignored and blocked me. Had to get my husband and brother involved as they are both as unhappy about the situation as I am. Finally the week of Christmas. He messaged me late on a Friday and said he could look at it that Sunday if I could drop it off. Sure, I said, what time. Never got a response until Sunday evening, saying there was no "tech help" Sunday... at the point I told him to wait till after the holidays. I still have never heard from him since. It is now March 2nd 2020! My brother has been reaching out on my behave to get this issue resolved and he is still unresponsive, delayed and inconsiderate. I have reached out again asking for a refund, so I can get it done by a true professional and get it done correct. He's a terrible "business" person and unprofessional. I do not recommend him to anyone!
