Aaron was quick to reply to texts and phone calls, answered all my questions, and I was able to drop off my car on my way to work (before business hours), and pick it up later via a key drop-box. Very convenient, excellent communication, and a great value. My car is spotless, all cupholders are completely clean, they removed my weather-tech floormats and cleaned all of those (and the carpets underneath, the strange kid-smell in the back seat is gone, and it looks better than it did when I bought it (4 years ago)! During the detail, Aaron called me about paint spray he found (from road paint) on the front, roof, and around the wheels of my car (which I knew about). They said they would not refund my money because it was prepaid?? I asked for a policy. They said my husband had signed one. They never sent that of course. (Lies) because my husband did not sign anything. So, know I'm working with my credit card company to get my refund!! Don't recommend this place!
