We visit a lot of play places, and while I've heard some people complain about the price (around $25 per child), I think it's very reasonable since you can stay and play for the entire day. The memberships are also well-priced in my opinion, especially since they are open daily, the visits are unlimited and they're valid for a full year. The staff were friendly, and all of the equipment appeared to be in good working order. The space is small enough to easily supervise your children, but still large enough to keep them entertained. In my opinion, it's best suited for kids up to about age 8. There isn't a food menu, but the snack prices are very reasonable (e.g., $0.50 for juice, $1 for water, $1.75 for chips). Many similar places tend to overcharge for these items. I also called ahead and was told it was fine to bring my own coffee, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of food options. That said, I understand space is limited and that food is available for parties.

This place is not safe for kids. My child is 5 and was being pushed around and jumped on by much older kids in the foam pits and the structure. There is no line up to allow kids to go one at a time, so everyone is just jumping into each other and injuring each other. Some kids were grabbing each other and throwing each other harshly in the foam pits on top of other kids trying to get out. The staff just stood tjere, watching, zoning out, bored out of their minds not helping or warning them. When I approached the staff twice they just said OK, but still didnt help children or advise them to not rough house on smaller children. When i went to the manager / owner(?) he just asked me to show me what was happening, said OK, and I swear shortly after there was less staff monitoring or on the floor. More and more kids were getting hurt. Would not advise this place.

Every time, the same employee would rush over and tell us to stand up, even though it was obvious we had just fallen, not sitting around. Nowhere in the posted rules does it say you aren't allowed to fall. What made it even more frustrating was that plenty of others were doing way worse, but somehow we were the only ones being singled out. When we spoke to the manager, all they had to say was that it's the employee's job to "interfere when there's something." Like, of course Sherlock -- but maybe focus on actual problems, not people simply falling in a trampoline park. And as if that wasn't enough, the bathrooms were an absolute disgrace -- filthy floors and overall disgusting. Terrible experience! I've been here several times, and likely the last! I'll go in Laval where at least we are respected and not being harassed for stupid reasons!

For an insanely reasonable price my son was able to invite 9 of his friends for pizza and two hours of fun! Flying Squirrel supplied paper plates, plastic cutlery, and napkins. All of the kids had a great time. They were exhausted by the end of the party. I highly recommend Flying Squirrel. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

The fam and I stopped in here on the whim on a Sunday and spent a good two hours here letting the…read morekids play. The venue is smaller than Cosmic Adventures, but was quaint and welcoming. My four year old had a blast and was sweating by the end. Dress in layers as it can get a tad hot. There is a huge inflatable castle slide for the kids. Word of advice, don't sit at the benches behind it as the motors running the castle gets pretty loud and also puts off some heat. They also hold birthday parties here on the main floor, as well as a daycare on the second floor. Staff were friendly. Hubby tried the pizza and said it was OK. Only downside were the hand sanitizer dispensers. Every dispenser I tried was empty and the washrooms needed a tidy.
