I have mixed feelings about this place. I got the combo pass for the adventure park (solid 4.5 stars) and the trampoline park (solid 2 stars) so I decided to be optimistic and give it 4 stars. They also got brownie points for not forcing parents to buy a ticket. Trampoline park: super over crowded, very under staffed and as people wrote an accident waiting to happen. Especially if you compare it to super save and well managed places like Xtreme trampoline park. If you go there watch you kid with 1000 eyes. Also bring non slip socks or they will force you to buy a pair, parents as well. Adventure park: Just perfect, very clean, not under staffed or over crowded pure fun for kids. If I will go again it will be just for it.

My kids had a great time. We visit a lot of play places, and while I've heard some people complain about the price (around $25 per child), I think it's very reasonable since you can stay and play for the entire day. The memberships are also well-priced in my opinion, especially since they are open daily, the visits are unlimited and they're valid for a full year. The staff were friendly, and all of the equipment appeared to be in good working order. The space is small enough to easily supervise your children, but still large enough to keep them entertained. In my opinion, it's best suited for kids up to about age 8. There isn't a food menu, but the snack prices are very reasonable (e.g., $0.50 for juice, $1 for water, $1.75 for chips). Many similar places tend to overcharge for these items. I also called ahead and was told it was fine to bring my own coffee, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of food options. That said, I understand space is limited and that food is available for parties.

This place is amazing on so many levels. If like me, you haven't jumped on a trampoline in about 14…read moreyears, friends, you are missing out! What an amazing workout, and a ton of fun. I came here on a Saturday around 7:30pm with a group of about 15 friends to play trampoline dodgeball. Sounds intense right? Add in the fact that the majority of the participants were MMA fighters, and it gets even more hardcore! When you come into to this fairly obscurely located building, you're asked to sign a waiver at the kiosk. They ask for your drivers license number, but if you don't have one they said it's fine to just put in your initials. It is a bit pricey when you're paying for more than one person. For two adults and an hour and a half of jumping, it cost us just over $50. That includes the mandatory jumping socks which they charge you $2 for. I hung on to mine in case I go back, and they also seemed like they would be great for yoga! The space itself is huge! There's a locker room (see my tip below about that), a small snack bar, a little party room for kids, washrooms, and the trampoline area! There's a large area that has dozens of trampolines all connected in a giant one, so you can jump around (and even on the sides!). I was a bit timid at first, and it takes awhile to get comfortable, but it's awesome once you get into it! There's also two smaller jumping areas for dodgeball games (they have a staff member for each game for safety). This was super fun, but I got so exhausted quickly! You have to have great cardio, or be under the age of 12, ha! There's also two fun areas: a giant foam pit where you van practice sweet jumps and flips, and a dunk zone where you can pretend to be an awesome NBA superstar. This place was crawling with kids when we got there, but they do have an adult only night on Saturdays after 10pm. I think that would be super fun! ANDREA'S ADVICE: + Bring you own lock. The lockers are free, but I've heard rumblings of theft, so if you're bringing valuables, be sure to bring a lock. +Start off with one hour. It may be tempting to go for an hour an a half or two, but unless you've had 20 espresso shots, an hour should be plenty. + Parents keep a serious eye on your kids! There were so many little ones wondering around, and we saw at least two sprained ankles. Be safe!

I brought my children to Xtreme Trampoline Park on March 20 for the advertised under-12 "Junior…read moreGlow" session (7PM-9PM), expecting a safe and age-appropriate environment. That expectation was not met. There were a significant number of visibly older teenagers in the facility that were playing very rough and clearly did not belong in that age group. This session is advertised as under 12 both online and was verbally confirmed to me at the time of payment. During the session, my children came to me visibly upset after overhearing two older boys talking about "killing all the kids" so they wouldn't have to share the basketball court. Regardless of intent, this is extremely serious language in a space full of young children. I reported it immediately. While one staff member responded appropriately, the on duty manager's handling of the situation was dismissive. I was told nothing could be done because the individuals denied it, even though I personally observed them leave the basketball court (directly in front of the check in desk) and move toward the locker area while I was reporting the incident, likely because they realized we had identified them. If nothing else, they should have been asked to leave and come back at the later age appropriate glo session (between 9PM-11PM). I followed up by email because I felt it was important that the general manager/owner were aware of the handling of the situation. While the response acknowledged the situation, it did not take accountability, did not accurately reflect how it was handled in person, and did not include the manager's name. It was simply signed "Sincerely, Xtreme Trampoline Park," which was unacceptable given the seriousness of the incident. This was not a safe or properly controlled under-12 environment, and policies were clearly not being enforced. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about how a more critical safety issue or real life threat would be handled. This was our first time there. We will not be returning. For parents expecting a properly supervised and safe environment for children, I would recommend considering Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park instead.
