After asking a local about this location I learned it has only been open for about a month. That explains the unorganized chaos that went on in there. Maybe given some time it'll get better, but for now if you visit this location be prepared to wait a while, also check your order to make sure it's correct. I'd like to add that there was one pretty cool thing about this Dunkin' is that they have coffee on tap. I don't know if that changes the coffee, but mine was good. If I'm ever in the area again I will give this location another try. By that time maybe they'll have all the kinks worked out.
