Carpet was installed on 9/21 and I was back on the phone with Bre, our salesperson the next day. She has been to the house to inspect and wasn't happy with the install. Keith, a different installer came by in Oct, but refused to put on a mask to speak to my husband, a 70% disabled veteran. We told him he could work without a mask, but to speak with us in our home, we requested he wear one. He refused and left.
