We spent a total of $13,594.73 on an outdoor dining set and lounging set with a fire pit, expecting high-quality products and service. Instead, we experienced poor craftsmanship, terrible customer service, and a complete disregard for loyalty. This isn't the first time we've purchased from Zing Patio. Four years ago, we spent nearly $50,000 on patio furniture and had it shipped up north. We thought this was a company we could trust. Clearly, we were wrong. When our $5,000 dining set arrived, the table had dings on the top and gouges on the base. We asked to send it back immediately, but the delivery guy assured us they'd replace it. When the replacement arrived, it wasn't much better--the base still had gouges and looked banged up. We tried to work with Zing Patio to resolve the issue, but they were initially uncooperative. After a lot of back and forth, they offered to sell us a more expensive table for $1,500 more, while only crediting us $1,000 for the defective one. It felt like they were trying to profit from their poor quality. We even offered to pay an additional $500 to switch to the better table, but they rejected the offer and insisted on $1,000 more. Adding to the stress, my wife didn't want to break up the dining set because it matched the lounging set. When we asked if we could return just the table for a refund, they refused, claiming they couldn't break up the set. However, they were willing to break it up when it meant selling the more expensive table. This double standard was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, after days of aggravation, they agreed to take back the entire dining set without a 25% restocking fee, but they wanted to charge us for two delivery fees. Instead of making things right, they were trying to squeeze more money out of us for their defective products. After all this stress, we reluctantly decided to keep the table--even with its defects--just to end the nightmare and avoid the additional $250 in delivery fees. We expected much better from Zing Patio, especially as loyal customers who have spent nearly $65,000 with them over the years. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have ruined our trust in this company. We will never shop here again and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. read more

We purchased outdoor furniture, that was a floor model. We put half of the amount down, but agreed to let them keep the furniture on floor till they could purchase a new replacement set. That was 4/months waiting. We finally had our furniture delivered but the problem is, it has a terrible smell, like it was sprayed with a floral scent. We called both our salesperson Kim Meyer and the manger Matt. Both said it was a fragrance that comes through the air conditioning system... What? We have known through past experiences dealing with tZing Patio in Naples, that they certainly lack customer service!!! I wanted them to come out and take care of the smell, to which Matt replied we delivered you brand new furniture we are NOT going to do anything. Bought some Patio furniture from Zing. We ordered the furniture and were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. After 10 weeks we called, and they told us they would get us an update. They called back a couple days later and stated the fabric was on back order. We had to continue to call for updates and would constantly wait a few days each time. We ended up getting the furniture around 20 weeks after ordering and they gave us temporary cushions (Which was a good solution, just wish it happened at around 10 weeks instead of 18 weeks). About two weeks after we got the fabric we ordered. The furniture is quite nice but it would have been nice to receive proactive updates about the delay instead of having to call every 2-4 weeks to check the status. read more

Extremely horrible customer service. I purchased lanai furniture from Zing with a promised delivery date of 4-6 weeks. After 10 weeks, I have finally received my lanai furniture minus a chair cushion which was overlooked in being shipped from the manufacturer. I am told I will receive the missing chair cushion in 1-2 weeks. During the 10 weeks of wait time, I initiated communication for updates and had received multiple untruthful answers of when my furniture would arrive. Each time I was told different information than the time before. I was told by Zing staff, "sometimes the manufacturer lies and gives misinformation to us." I have been very frustrated by my shopping experience at Zing. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I have to totally agree with Laurie Y. They do not stand behind their product. You have to give 50% down and then pay the balance before delivery. Then the furniture comes defective and they don't stand behind their product. Terrible customer service we had to bring our cushions (7) that had stains on them back to them and then pick them up. They would not come out to see any of my problems. I ordered 11 pieces of which one came damaged..and it's a chaise.of which they said we will give me my money back ..well that does me no good as I wanted and paid 14,000.00 for matching pieces! One chaise does me no good and does not solve my problem. Take it all back and give me my money back..so I can go some where that appreciates my business. DO NOT GO THERE..I DON'T WANT TO BE THE ONE THAT SAID TOLD YOU SO! Yes they have a nice display...but the rest is down hill. read more
