Our personal experience: When we called Zinga's in early April of 2021 (2 months before our house was to be finished) we were put in touch with Jess (their salesman). Jess (no longer with Zinga's) came out in early May to measure for not only shutters but black out shades for all the bedrooms and the entire rest of the house....Not a small project nor small amount of revenue that was to be spent. On May 23rd I paid them $15k (75%) deposit for a $20k order. Jess was all about the guarantee, the customer service, the traditional value prop etc....However this would be an journey. We moved in on June 11 and Jess provided us with temporary thin shades (which was fine as it was something - knowing our shades were supposed to be only 4 more weeks, and the shutters end of July. After not hearing from Jess for over 2-3 weeks I decided to call to get status on our order. Come to find out Jess left the company and no one had reached out to let us know what was going on. After getting a hold of corporate, we came to find out he put the order in 6 weeks late causing us to experience a huge delay. It's now End of July and still nothing! Insert Taylor - Sales Manager after fighting with corporate to get some status and resolution. Taylor ensures me the shades will be in by 8/13. Several emails exchanged later and finally we got some shades installed on 8/18. 13 shads in total were supposed to be installed (now more than 70 days later) and only 6 were measured properly. The installer left said they would have to reorder and remeasure. Taylor did come out to our home remeasure which then required them to check the shutter order and low and behold there were multiple wrong there as well. Fast forward through conversations with Taylor - his boss Todd, messages sent to the owner, and many more delays of getting the product from the manufacturers. The week of installation finally arrived - October 11. Blinds were finally right, Shutters were also right and the installation men did a good job installing but a poor job cleaning up. 1 broken slat and 2 arch shutters toll to be delivered and installed. Zinga's (once engaging several layers of management) did come through at the end with a credit (below my expectations) but an agreement that was accepted by me to clear this matter so we could both move on. I do believe this as an isolated incident as I have read many reviews that given Zinga's high marks for being a great company to work with. I have rated them 5 stars due to our agreement and to edit my post which was previously a 1 star based on the experience we had up to our agreement on October 20. Caveat Emptor. read more

Many choices in the Nashville area for blinds. I strongly suggest you find another. Ordered blinds in May 4 of 2026. Used them based on informed made in USA. They are not!!! Was lied too. They took 8 weeks to deliver and install. Several rooms arrived broken or incorrect color. It's now late Sept and have not received the proper blinds. So from May to Sept and still waiting. They can't tell me where blind is and when it will arrive. Very poorly run company. No need to suffer - use another. read more

We had two dozen shades installed. Two if them are incorrect and catch in the window frame. Six of them are in one room with three facing north and three facing west - they refused to give us two controllers. They won't return our calls or answer our e-mails. read more

Was not pleased with the screen material. It was sold as a product that prevented heat from the afternoon sun, but it failed to do that. In fact, it actually traps the heat inside the screened in area. The only thing we got from the screen was privacy which we did not want or need. Quick to take the order and a big down payment, but then radio silent on delivery date and real time answers. Very frustrating, several friends thought we had lost our money to a scammer. Then one day, surprise! Can we set a delivery date in three weeks! And again poor coordination, but the shutters did show up and look good. read more

Justin was amazing to work with. To begin with, my wife and I were not super clear on what we wanted. He was highly knowledgeable and helpful in the process to choose the proper blinds for our home. What a wonderful company this is!! Ask for Lucas Reed (he's a gem). He spent 4 hours with me measuring all our windows and helping me figure out what was the best option for our windows. I chose all roller shades (with remote control)! AND he helped me with window treatments. He really has an eye for design. You can't go wrong with this company or Lucas. My installer was Keith Davis and he did a fantastic job. He was quick, he followed covid restrictions and he even recommended other items when I had questions about another area. There was a piece missing for our bedroom, no fault of his, but he thoroughly explained what happened and explained how it would be corrected. read more

We ordered blinds from Zingas 3/31/20 to the tune of 24 blinds (9 regular, 15 motorized) and $16k. The warranty is "lifetime" for blinds and 5 years for the motors. So when one of our motorized blinds just stopped in the middle of going up and now won't go down, we thought "no problem" we'll call and they will come fix it. What they don't tell you is the hoops you have to jump through. We had to take a picture of it stopped and fill out the online forms. Nbd, did that. Zingas calls back the next day and we go through the explanation and they get in touch with the motor company. Motor company calls and says to go to the motor and stick a paper clip in the tiny hole (they are 12 feet high, not easy to do) to reset it. Go find the ladder, climb up and find the little hole and reset it. Doesn't work, okay they ask, "does it have power?" Well, the other blind on the same cord has power and works, "well there could be a short in the power supply, you need to get an electrician out to show that it's not the power source". Not paying that fee and the fact that the other one works proves there isn't a short. Back to Zingas, they call and say motor company will send a new motor but you need to pay the service fee upfront. Umm, since when do you pay an install fee before install? No. Ok, they'll talk to someone and get back. Call back and say you can pay that fee when we call to schedule. It is their way of insuring to don't forget they are coming and they have a wasted trip. Don't like this but reluctantly agree. Today, 4 days later, they called to ask how I know it doesn't have power. Explained the same power cord one works, one doesn't philosophy. Okay, they'll get back to me. Thoroughly frustrated. I have someone coming to dog sit for a weekend and they have to deal with one blind half up. It's not much of a warrant if they don't try to honor the warranty. And I don't know why I should have to pay for an install fee when it is their product that failed. It's not something I did to break the blinds. read more

Zinga makes a great product. My sales person Lucus was quite knowledgeable about the company and product and Keith, the installer was very efficient. I would have given a 5 star with a couple of issues. Delivery took a very long time and the communication was lacking to keep buyer informed on status. My only complaints are the poor communication from the company for the very delayed delivery and also concerns about the blackouts are not completely blackout on the sides. Not sure if they should have made wider for a better blackout. They are a nice product and look great. I would have liked to have been prepared about the sides...a bit wider measurement would have made it better. If they would improve their communications I would have given them a 5 star. I share this as we need to know the question to ask in advance, not after the fact if the salesperson doesn't share the limits of the product at the introduction. read more
