We called several rental companies and none of them could accommodate our needs, nor did they want to. NTA came out with a crew the next day to measure the area and that afternoon we had a price and a schedule to install. We agreed on price and scheduled the install. We were going to be out of town till one day prior our party. We got home and the tent was installed better than I would have ever thought. It also was a clear tent which was awesome, we heated the tent and set up TV's to watch football. The tent was a hit with all our guests. In April when they acknowledged my message, they said someone would contact me which has never happened. in May I also recontacted the Headquarters Website but they once again tell me to contact Total Home Solutions who by now do not respond to my calls. When we first bought the awnings, they were the only game in town. Now that you have choices in the area, I don't recommend this company because of their poor customer service. Waiting 2 months for repair service is unacceptable. We can no longer use Covid as an excuse.
