I'm typing this as I am sitting in the parking lot. First of all they don't really answer the phone... I called like three times until I finally was able to schedule an appointment. Then, I drive myself all the way to South LA(right on the corner of Vermont and 54th). This is not a safe business/neighborhood. I already knew that but I figured I didn't have to linger around very much since I was only going to park my car and enter their facility for a massage. So then I show up and the gate is locked and closed to their upstairs facility. I have no way of entering this facility. So I'm sitting in the car and I call them to see if they can give me the code for the gate or how exactly I'm supposed to enter the facility. But, of course, they do not answer their phone... At the same time there's a crackhead right next to me and it's starting to feel unsafe. So, long story short... How could you be a business and not let your clients know how to enter the facility? Do you think your facilities in a safe area for a young woman? It really isn't... If the owner is reading this and I would highly suggest you give your new clients and ability to enter and receive massages. Lastly, $90 for a basic massage? In South LA? I guess it's my fault for willing to give this person the small business a chance... So I'm giving it a one star for unreliability, making me drive all the way to your facility and not been given instructions on how to enter your building, for calling you five times to let you know that I was not able to enter the facility, it you didn't answer , and for the high price to charge for letting a valuable customer sit in the parking lot next to a crackhead read more

I went to the program and shows a package for weight loss that was $300 I started the program with B12 shots and weight loss pills after three weeks of going once a week I had lost 0 pounds . I followed the instructions of the doctor and steel lost not 1 pound. I had only paid 150 but after the three weeks, discontinued going with no results, and in fear that whatever the pills were, they were not what they were saying as in with another Weight loss cothat we're giving out fake pills and is the reason why they are now closed. I response, thank you. I'm just disappointed that the money I spent was no result, and I feel like it was a waste of money. First and foremost, I would love to say that the staff is amazing! They are very well aware and knowledgeable of what typical services you need. I came in there complaining of always feeling tired, not having enough energy, and having trouble sleeping. I feel this way due to low vitamin deficiency btw. I called and the lady over the phone was so nice and answered all my questions! I came in that same week and got my consultation with the NP who runs the place, who has so much patience and understanding! I've been coming once a week to get my vitamin b12 shot which is super affordable and I have seen an improvement in my energy levels. I get way more sleep at night, and I can get a lot of work done throughout the day since I don't feel as tired anymore.
