I have seen the owner respond to reviews here, so I am hoping this finally reaches someone who can help. Before explaining what has happened, I want to preface this by saying that I have remained extremely polite and professional throughout this entire process. I understand that wedding season is busy, timelines can shift, and editing takes time. I have tried to give the team every grace possible and have only asked for what was promised in our contract. Here is the timeline of the correspondence: * May 10: Received my engagement gallery with 83 edited photos, despite my contract including 100+ edited photos. * May 11: Expressed appreciation of the engagement photo work but asked if I could review the raw gallery and select additional images to be edited (I felt that was fair since I only received 83). The team was kind in their response and agreed. * May 19: Submitted 23 additional images for editing. * May 20: Received confirmation that my selections had been received and editing would begin. * June 12: Followed up to ask for an estimated timeline after hearing nothing for over three weeks. * June 15: Was told the updated gallery would be delivered "within the next 7 days." * June 22: The promised timeline passed with no additional photos and no communication. * July 9: Sent a follow-up email, explaining I understood it was wedding season and simply requested an update. No response. * July 23: Sent another follow-up, explaining that while I understood delays, communication was especially important since Dreamwood is also photographing and filming our wedding. No response. * July 30: Sent a detailed email to management documenting the timeline and requesting (1) the status of my engagement photos, (2) confirmation that the contracted 100+ edited photos would be delivered, and (3) a clear point of contact moving forward. I requested a response by August 5. * August 6: Still no response. I also called the phone number listed on Dreamwood's website, but it went straight to voicemail, and the mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. At this point, my biggest concern is no longer the engagement photos. It is that I have an active contract with Dreamwood to photograph and film one of the most important days of my life, yet I cannot get a response from anyone on their team. Every couple gets one wedding day. The moments Dreamwood was hired to capture cannot be recreated, which is why communication and reliability matter just as much as beautiful photographs. I have given the Dreamwood team over 50 days to respond but now I have lost confidence that they will be able to fulfill our wedding contract. And if anyone is wondering, the email communication has 8 people on it, so even if my main point of contact is no longer with the company, there are 7 other people who could respond. I also sent my last email to their main email address on their website, which again, received no response. At this point, I simply want my deposit refunded so that I can find another photographer and videographer who will communicate with us and give us confidence going into our wedding day. I am requesting that the owner of Dreamwood reach out to me.

A couple of months later, we got everything back and THE PHOTOS WERE BEAUTIFUL! The lighting was perfect, the poses were spectacular, and I am so happy we chose them. We barely had time to get home and unpack, meanwhile, a link to our photos appear in my inbox. Not just 10 or 20 or even 50. The Sneak Peak consisted of 177 stunning photos and even more videos beautifully organized and with both options of downloading in full format and HD/4k, or preformatted for social media. Everything is beautifully edited and flawless. To me, this was unheard of. Most newlyweds have to wait at least a couple of weeks to receive anything. Anyway, I cannot express how much we love them! These photos are everything we could have ever hoped for. Charles and Kristine got so many great shots and did a beautiful job directing us.
