I will not be back. I called the week before to book an…read moreappointment. On the phone, I was told a groom was $35 and I should drop off my dog between 8 and 10 am. On the day of her appointment, I got to her home, entered to the business and no one was there. I spoke loudly hoping someone in the house would hear me. Finally, the assistant arrived and said, "Oh we weren't expecting anyone." The groomer came in and was baffled as well. I told her I talked to her on the phone and I wanted her groomed for the summer. I specially said don't cut off her beard as it's her defining feature. She said, "Oh I would never do that. I can't believe someone did that before." A couple hours later, I'm told she's done and it would cost $60. Um what, I asked. The person texting said it would never be $35. I had no choice but to pay it. My fiancé picked her up and her beard was gone. I had to pay more than discussed for a bad haircut. Also, there's no price list anywhere so you can't argue with anything other than their word against yours. Never again.
