In fact, my uber driver said that getting a station to sell here requires a 5-year wait list, which he was already on and had been waiting for a couple of years already. He said they couldn't order the part. I found the part online, new, within minutes and it cost $3.99. The worst part, they tried to sell me a cheap Brother machine and wanted to give me to trade in my machine (which sews perfectly), plus give me next to nothing for my very expensive machine stating I wouldn't be able to get parts for it in the future. I don't think anyone would trust this business after what I experienced. Buyer beware.
