Still waiting for my order and it's been 8 weeks. No response to email. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Going forward I will (1) confirm that businesses have a contact number and (2) check Yelp for reviews. This business does not reflect the values of D9 organizations. So disappointing. read more

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Order express delivery for extra money. Item did not arrive until after I raised a complaint with paypal. The item was late and customized in correctly. I reached out to the company several times through email and PayPal customer service. They never replied. I paid $25 for express delivery for the item to still arrive late. No apology or culpability for the failure to comply with the order. I cannot recommend. Utterly disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would. They are untrustworthy and lied to PayPal about when they shipped the item. They shipped the item almost a week after I raised the complaint to PayPal, well outside the designated time frame of delivery read more

I sent this company an email with proof and pictures so that I could receive a refund or replacement. Here it is a week later with no response. It's the poor customer service for me! read more

Absolutely horrible! I placed an order in June and received not even half of it until September after I emailed. They stated the items not shipped were not in stock, yet and still the items are being advertised as available on their site. They got my money but I didn't get the product! I hate that I've had to go here but after multiple attempts of trying to get my money back I've been ignored. I ordered a sweatshirt almost a month ago. It still shows as shipped but the store has done nothing to help find this order. I have reached out letting them know I'd just like my money back at this point, and no one has responded to me.
