When I sent videos and photos to the owner explaining what happened, she said she wasn't liable. She then ghosted me and refused to answer me (she has read receipts) and she ignored my calls. We now have to pay for the water line to be replaced, our hardwood floors under the fridge are ruined, and I have to get the carpet in the basement cleaned. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and owner still didn't work to resolve the issue. Thank goodness for my credit card company going after her for a refund at least.

We have three dogs and once she comes through, you would never know that a dog lived in our house. Prior to starting she came to our home and knew what we were most picky about prior to coming in and cleaning. She has definitely made sure to pay extra attention to those areas. She's super personable and friendly, I definitely trust her in our home. I will say that she can be expensive in comparison to other cleaners, only because she takes longer as she is very thorough. However, as I said, the other cleaners did not do even as remotely as good of a job, so she's definitely worth the money!

I don't think it's too much to expect shower stall pans to be cleaned, countertops to be wiped off and for basic dusting to be done. Often, they would dust the front surfaces of tables but not the back. On their most recent visit, a number of "cannot miss" items were ignored. Wiping off the kitchen table seems obvious but, maybe not. In the past, I've sent emails to one of the owners, pointing out issues and, in fairness, they did offer for their cleaners to return on one occasion. The point is, this isn't brain surgery. We just wanted our house cleaned well and thoroughly. Evidently, this was too much to ask. In response to my most recent email, the owner I communicate with, suggested we find a new cleaning service. If you try them, maybe you'll have a different experience. We were very disappointed.

What I loved: The online scheduling - very convenient and user-friendly…read more What I didn't love: Cleaner had to be asked to clean the floor and only vacuumed, did not wash the floor. I had paid for a deep cleaning of a small bathroom. I was on my way to a third surgery that very day right after the cleaning appointment, and just wasn't with it enough to request a good scrubbing and mopping, which is what it really needed (dark tile, so need for cleaning not as obvious, but definitely needed "deep" cleaning). Even the vacuuming was poorly done. After a lengthy period of recovery, I finally contacted the owner a few months later via email to ask if mopping the floor was part of what they considered deep cleaning. No reply to initial email. Sent a followup email about a week or so later. Owner replied, did apologize for delay due to illness. Also apologized for the floor issue. Acknowledged my concern, even gave a referral to another cleaning service if I didn't want to give them another try. What I would have preferred was to have someone come out free of charge and finish the job that I paid for, but I let it go. If it were my business, that's exactly what I would have done, including not sending the original cleaner.
