When I sent videos and photos to the owner explaining what happened, she said she wasn't liable. She then ghosted me and refused to answer me (she has read receipts) and she ignored my calls. We now have to pay for the water line to be replaced, our hardwood floors under the fridge are ruined, and I have to get the carpet in the basement cleaned. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and owner still didn't work to resolve the issue. Thank goodness for my credit card company going after her for a refund at least.

We have three dogs and once she comes through, you would never know that a dog lived in our house. Prior to starting she came to our home and knew what we were most picky about prior to coming in and cleaning. She has definitely made sure to pay extra attention to those areas. She's super personable and friendly, I definitely trust her in our home. I will say that she can be expensive in comparison to other cleaners, only because she takes longer as she is very thorough. However, as I said, the other cleaners did not do even as remotely as good of a job, so she's definitely worth the money!
