I don't think I have ever used their service, for no particular reason, though I tend to prefer the wash it yourself style car washes. We brought the dawg with us, to see how he liked it. He did the usual doggy things, biting the water that hit the windows. This little guy loves to play in the sprinkler, so he had a great time watching the car being washed. My car sure needed that bath. A decent wash of the easily visible parts the car. I notice that they don't use high pressure water. With the low water usage plus the slow & soft brushes, they'd be good for frequent washings. If you think you need the underside washed, or if you have more than light, ordinary road dust, it might not be enough. But for most drivers who don't live on a dirt road, this should be just fine. Hubby says he'd rate them 3.5, so I'll bump it up to a 4.

Not a problem until a payment machine doesn't work which has happened a few times. You still need to have a real live person pre-soap and initiate the wash cycle. But in my early morning visit this morning I forgot that. Today the attendant was tied up with helping another customer with the machine when I arrived. So I waited after I paid - no problem it's Friday and I'm tired! She smiled (nice-nasty?). when she walked past back and fro to attend to other customer so I was confused as to whether I should enter the wash on my own? Or not? Usually they start the machine and I hadn't been there for a month but she didn't say anything to me so I wasn't sure. I waited some more. As she approached again I finally asked "should I go ahead in?" She snaps back, "I'm the only one here I'll start the wash". Well alrighty now ! - no problem. Had she said "I'll be with you in a moment" sooner that would have negated my need to ask anything at all. I waited some more & she finally starts the machine. My caffeine-deprived brain still needs direction - something like "please put your car into neutral" which didn't come until I asked her again, "should I put the car into neutral. Maybe we both needed a good cup of cafe americano! The actual wash was decent minus the fact I got mad ATTITUDE. I usually have to wipe residual dirt off far rear of my car after. After driving by Packard Soft Cloth and seeing the Vacuums were advertised, I decided to swing by. Quarters in hand, I paid $1 for a few minutes. There's a big clip where you can clip your mats to a board to more easily vacuum them. Overall I found that the vacuums weren't too strong, and also only having one wide attachment meant that crumbs and dirt down in the nooks and crannies of my car didn't get suctioned up. I was a little disappointed, but it's inexpensive enough that I don't mind to swing by again when I need a not-so-thorough vacuuming job done.
