I always get the $5 exterior wash and I'll tell you, my car is pre washed to the point of being clean. Going through the wash is just a formality. They do a great job! Tunnel review: the tunnel use to be great (maybe 5 years ago) but the owner cleaner has let it age…read morewithout maintenance. Half the sprayers don't fully spray the car and you have no idea which wash you're actually getting since nothing lights up in the tunnel to indicate what is being applied. I doubt the brushes have been cleaned or replaced. MUCH better tunnel washes out there for the money that also do a better job of drying. Detailing service: this is where the value of this place is. They do a good job for the money of detailing interior wise but ARE NOT pros. Don't expect high levels of detail here, they seem to use the same product on everything from dash to seat. There not rotating a leather cleaner to dash cleaner so everything ends up clean but not necessarily correct. For the money they ask you can't argue with the service, you'll need to point out specific things you want attention to. DIY Bays: the DIY bays are great and have never eaten my cash and again for the value offer a great selection of products. Overall this is a 3/5 star place. I can't imagine bringing a high end luxury car here. But for your daily driver it should do the trick.
