Then they said it would be a wait because they didn't have my air filter in stock. No problem. They park my car in the parking lot. A runner shows up with my air filter. I stand by and watch while he smokes a disgusting cigarette and changes my air filter. I watch him pull out my PERFECTLY CLEAN filter to replace it with this new filter that I needed. The filter they pulled out of my car WAS NOT the one I was shown previously. Now I don't know what kind of business you're running where you think because I'm a woman you can pull some wool over my eyes, but shame on you. Shame on your business. Customers trust you. There were only 4 vehicles there during that hour, one with a filter they didn't have, and one turned away. They seemed a little disheartened about the fact that there was another vehicle in line but offered me a water while I waited. They tried to be as nice as they could about the whole thing but didn't even have the premium oil that they advertise. I felt that they were like a waiter serving someone with a horrible cook behind them. They washed my window after the service which I'm sure is a normal perk but I felt it was an apology wipe and wanted to tell him it was ok and ask to stop. Time is money ! The very curt employee who asnwered the phone said that in order to do that, they would have to do a complete vehicle inspection for $90. I explained that I do not want a full vehicle inspection and would like a rough estimate for the bearing replacement. The answer was "No". So let me get this straight: They are willing to give up the business of anyone who refuses services that they did not ask for...... This is a ridiculous policy and yet more evidence that Firestone is a horrible company to deal with. I have yet to have a positive experience with them.

It took three weeks for them to say that my vehicle was done my 1998 DODGE DAKOTA the repair took longer than it should've been. I had to call them to let me know if the vehicle was done or they can't find these parts and etc.. Every time I will call this lady will say that they are out to lunch every single time then they told me they need this part for my truck and they couldn't find it so I drove three hours to bring it to them and three hours back home and they did not even use the part they use what was on the vehicle already and then a couple of days later I called them to see if it was ready and they said it was ready. They're so worried about their money instead of repairing someone's vehicle, I drove to go get my vehicle and on the way back home I was having to stop because there was problems to sum up this review I paid almost $1000 for the truck repaired and I brought it home and they created more problems that I have to get fixed oh and on top of that I wish I would have pictures to show y'all. They put 27540R20 tires on the right side of my truck and then 275/45R20 on the left side which I thought was pretty dumb. and also they did something to where my reverse lights will not turn off at all.
