I'm giving them 4 Stars because my vehicle was actually damaged during a wash. It was frustrating, BUT they were pretty good about starting the claim and getting it processed in an acceptable amount of time, so they get props for that. And stuff happens, it's life... But they took care of it and covered the cost of repair. So, no big deal. read more

I truly enjoyed getting my vehicle cleaned here. The employee at the window...I believe his name was Derek K something but he's an awesome manager there at the Glory road location, he helped me out with everything and explained everything for me to understand. Overall this wash brings good value to Brainerd, it's nuts to see all of these people crying about their car and trying to get insurance claims and what not because I've never had an issue ever. read more

absolutely the worst car wash experience ever! got the 25 dollar wash with ceramic coating. my car was filthy. bugs still on front bumper and windshield! vacuums: only 3 vacuums of approximately 20 actually had hoses attached with suction! I walked over to see attendant who said he did Not know what to do other than I should wait for one that was working! the parking vacuum areas were filthy, trash everywhere! Sand and loose gravel! this car wash exemplifies horrible pride in ownership! I hope they go out of business soon! Consistently causes damage to different vehicles that use their service. Everything from front license plates being ripped off to gouges in the side of the vehicles. The owners and their insurance will not stand behind anything okay they're not liable for damages when it's the equipment's fault that damaged it not the vehicle. Will never use read more

Put cars in to close together, vacuums NEVER work and never any cleaner! Stopped at the one by Walmart today and all the hoses were on the ground taken apart and empty bottles of cleaner all over! Very messy and unprofessional looking and garbage sitting outside by dumpster! Not worth my money when nothing is working or unavailable......I will be canceling my membership!!! read more

I'm sorry to do this but without a doubt the worst run business in the Brainerd lakes area. Noone cares that the vacuums never work. Noone cares that their are no towles where they are suppose to be because they say its always too windy out even when there is no wind! Horrible run business in every way. Carwash doesn't clean vehicle well. They do not pre-wash anymore which gets sand in the brushes. Dryers have been broken for a long time( only half work) gian potholes after wash bash your car on the pavement. Today my OnStar though I was involved in an accident because of your potholes. Get a new manager or your business is going to fail fast. read more

I have always enjoyed going to zips for a wash! Super convenient location and just overall a great wash. I love being able to wash, vacuum and clean the interior of my car with their self-serve vacuum and cleaning station. They have rags and cleaning spray available to use. This car wash is the best! read more

Want to try the new location by Walmart and it was OK. The bugs were not removed off my windshield, headlights, and car hood. As previous reviews the vacuums only a few worked. Glad I didn't waste money on a membership. I will stick with Deerwood holiday gas station! No one could be found to talk to about issues! 2 teenagers running the whole place! This was the worst car I have ever had. Prior to it being bought out by Zips it was one of the BEST. If I could give it a zero I would. My truck was not clean probably because they don't do the pre pressure wash like they used to do. The blower stage wasn't working so the right side of my truck was not blown off. There is no way to go back thru to let them know there is a problem. There was only I young kid operating the whole operation. I will not waste my time or money to try the new Zips. What a joke, now I know why I was the only one in line to get a wash. Why can't we get a full service car wash in the Brainerd Baxter area ? read more

Doesn't give the option for zero stars, so went with 1. Paid for the best wash they have and my truck was cleaner than when I went in. But for $32 it should have been clean top to bottom on the outside. It wasn't had better luck at gas station car washes. The only good thing about this place is the dryer. Won't be back or recommend to anyone, would actually tell them to stay away. Over priced for the service. read more

The wash itself is fine. It's a pretty standard car wash but it's fast and efficient. What's frustrating is that the first location in Baxter MN used to operate very well before it was bought out by Zips. Now, there's a second Zips that was just built in the same town. Neither one has functioning vacuums - ever. The vacuums at the new location have never worked. The vacuums at the old location are not even there anymore - they were removed weeks ago and haven't been replaced. It's hit or miss if the cleaning supplies will be stocked. Also, they need to do a better job of vetting which cars go through. The other day I was behind an older vehicle with some rear bumper damage. While we were going through, the bumper was completely destroyed. It broke up into a bunch of pieces that were whipping around in the dryer area. Thankfully, none of them hit my new car. I left a review on Google but those reviews seem to have been disabled. I tried to leave a review on Facebook but that option also does not seem to be available anymore. Go ahead and read the comments on their Facebook posts and you'll see why they are shutting down reviews: Lots of unhappy customers! read more
