The attendant did not alert us that the carwash automatically shut down at 7. She took our $24 but failed to warn us and would not offer a rain check to finish rinsing the car, adding the wheel shine, and vacuuming. Run down facility with very poor customer service. read more

I went in on Tuesday and there was a fishing lure caught in the drying rags that whip into your car. I heard and saw it on my winshield after it had scratched and dented my hood. They stopped the carwash and then started it back with 4 cars in it because they couldn't find anything. I told them more cars were going to be damaged. They asked me to show them where the lure was and I did. They cut it out. Then they filled out a form and took pictures of the damage. They said I would be contacted within 48 hours. I have not been contacted still and it's been 76+ hours. Their website does not allow you to contact them and they don't answer the phone. NEVER will I go back to this place. We stopped by to wash our car off after a trip. We paid and pulled into the wash bay. The attendant sprayed pre-wash all over our car then started to yell at us because it was not in neutral (which it was) and then told us that some cars just can't go through and it was on us to "know our car." He said they have issues with "Japanese cars." So you mean to tell me that you can't wash a Toyota? We asked him to rinse the pre-wash off the car and we would go somewhere else. He proceeded to spray more soap and made us back out of the wash bay. He would not get a manager or provide us with his name. We had to leave with our car covered in soap. We stopped by the Zips location in Cornelia GA and asked the onsite employee about the "Japanese car" issue and he said they wash Toyotas every day with no problems. Also, you cannot speak to site management and no one from corporate will return a call or answer an email about refunding the money I spent on a service that was NOT provided. SUCH poor customer service and zero accountability. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

You get unlimited washes with your car club membership however, I've had to go through twice every time and the bug goo still doesn't come off. I have to scrub it off after with the rags they provide. The pre wash is a joke. They literally only spray one side of your car. You have to ask the attendant to spray all sides if you want your whole car prewashed. It's supposed to help get rid of bug goo before you go into the tunnel, but it does nothing. They only spray. There is no prewash with a brush. The wash was the same for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chevy Suburban. You also have to ask them to push your mirrors in before the wash. The wash has a warning sign before you pull in saying their car wash is not good for side mirrors or any extras on your vehicle. I tried the membership for 6 months and even went in more often as they recommended, but the wash is subpar to be spending $30/month package. Today is August 12th. I'd like to give a compliment to the young man working there this evening (the one who ushers the cars into the wash and does the pre-wash, etc). This young man was doing A GREAT JOB. I didn't get his name (shame on me), but he was prewashing ALL the cars, just like we all expect. Many times the person doing this job does is poorly (just one side of the vehicle, for example). But this young man was doing it just right. I hope that you give him some sort of bonus for doing GREAT WORK. read more

On Sunday when I took my car through the car wash the car wash caused a scratch from the top to the bottom of my hood. I notified the young gentleman managing that day. He called the owner, Alex Gordon, to notify him of the damage, took pictures and filed an incident report. It is now Thursday and I have not received a phone call from the owner or corporate. I called the owner around 12 pm yesterday and left a detailed message. Phone call not returned. I expect a phone call today or charges will be filed. read more
