The groupon included them coming to me, but instead he made me come to their service station lying the place was outside the perimeter when I was just c couple of miles away. Got the car ' detailed', or so I thought. At first glance the car looked clean but upon detail inspection, I noticed lots of things not done correctly. He did not clean the car seats. There was stuff coming out from within the seat gaps. There were stains, and streaks on windshield. He didnt even open the trunk! And upon questioning the service, he ***loudly screamed**** at me for a good 10 mts and asked me to leave!!! read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I don't know how they have so many great reviews... It must be people they know... But I have receipts... See below! I purchased a Groupon from this company on September 17th, and it took over three weeks just to get scheduled due to a complete lack of communication. I had to reach out multiple times, only to be met with delays and excuses. When I finally expressed my frustration about the unprofessionalism, the owner became defensive and argumentative instead of apologizing or attempting to fix the situation. In the end, he refused to complete the service and told me to get my money back because I didn't want to listen to more excuses. I'm highly disappointed because I try to support Black-owned businesses, but this company does not reflect the professionalism and quality that should be expected. I booked an appointment, to have my car reconditioned. The day of my service, I texted and called the number provided, to see if there was any change due to it raining. I drove almost 1 hour, for this service. I received no response, until 1 hour later. When I eventually, got in touch with them the owner/manager decided to go back and forth with me ,about their unprofessional service. My advice, don't waste your time. read more

Nice guy yes but...... I wouldnt rate the service as being any better than going to any carwash and having the onsite people doing a quick wipe down after an automatic car wash. Honestly, I was still not given anything close to the services "included" with the Gold Package. My initial inspection after completion seemed good with it sitting in the full sun but after leaving and getting a better look, areas are still dirty. All that was done on the car is a wash, a vacuuming inside and maybe a spray on wax and some tire shine. Very disappointing services and not as advertised at all. I have pictures but couldn't load them. I had a Groupon for about half off and its still WAY OVERPRICED for services, & quality received. read more

Unfortunately I could NOT give ZERO stars. On 27 Nov I purchased a Groupon for a Platinum package for Midnight Auto Detailing Mobile Spa and was scheduled for 2 December at 7 AM and I took vacation time to accommodate this. On 1 December at 8pm I received a call from the company explaining that their mobile vehicle has broken down and the needed to push me back an hour. A agree's and about 30 minutes later they called again and said that the person who runs the truck needs to have it fixed and they needed to move me AGAIN. I was rescheduled for 9 December at 1pm. Once again...I took time off from work to accommodate them. At 12:43 pm I received a call from the company stating that it was a cold morning and the mobile unit got a late start so they would be late...somewhere between 1:30 and 2pm. At 2:28 pm I received another call asking if I planned on keeping my appt at their location. I said that this was to be a MOBILE service and was told that it was not. The evidence tells a different story. I expressed dissatisfaction with the situation and the representative hung up on me. Now I'm eating a $200 groupon because the vehicle I wanted detailed was to be sold. I can't wait any longer. Learn from my loss. DO NOT USE MIDNIGHT AUTO DETAILING MOBILE SPA. read more

This was my second detail from Midnight Auto Detailing and Mr. Long (the owner) was once again absolutely amazing!! He now only does detailing through his mobile spa, which was super convenient for me as he came right to my apartment complex and detailed my vehicle in the parking lot. It took him a little over an hour to make my car look like new again! He and his staff are all super friendly and professional, and I greatly appreciate the care he put in to handling all my concerns and making sure my car was comfortable for my family and I once more. If you look at the photo of my back seat, you'll see where my 5 year-old threw up recently and the stain it left behind.. I did my best to clean it but decided the seat would probably need a decent steam clean and WOW!! It's not even visible anymore and my car smells great! I was looking for a mobile detailer for my truck that was local. I was tired of sitting in those car wash lines and/or having people rush to clean my car and missing all of the fine details. Based on the reviews of this business I booked my appointment. I arrived at 8:30 and Tyron was very professional and ready to go! He took before pictures of my vehicle and was very thorough on what he was going to do and set good expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the inside. Very comfortable, clean and had a nice home feel to it. My truck came out amazing. He encouraged me to check his work just in case I saw something that needed to be fixed. Needless to say I was a happy customer. I will definitely get the wax next time {I forgot about this lol}. My truck looks clean, smells clean and it was definitely worth the price...which was EXTREMELY affordable in comparison to these other companies who do a halfway job. I found Midnight via Groupon i had nothing but an accommodating experience from redeeming scheduling until the day of the cleaning. Mrs Shirley in the office is very friendly and easy to work with she understood my hectic schedule with drop offs and picks up regarding my children, and was able to work with me to fit me in before the end of the year! She provided all of the information i needed prior to my day and even informed me of the reminder email and the text message. Upon that day i had a meeting so i reached out to her to see if the person coming to my house could ring the door bell or call me, and she arranged it for me. Thank you very much Mrs Shirley! The Gentlemen that came to my house Tyrone and another was very nice and pleasant we reviewed my vehicle together and asked how much more would it be to clean my dirty trunk as well and was given a decent price to vacuum and shampoo! So here's what Tyron didn't know... I have lived in my car with my dog for 6 months this summer and I finally had a spot to unload all of my stuff for long enough to get it thoroughly cleaned by Tyron at Midnight Auto detailing. There was SO much dog fur that I didn't know what to do with and in my attempts to keep it clean on the road, there was never a vacuum strong enough to do the job! Tyron got in there and DID IT! He was, also, very personable and kind as well. The floors of my Jeep have never looked so clean and it was real peace of mind for me, as I love a clean space. I hired Midnight Auto Detailing to detail my Jeep. The woman in their office was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone. She shared what I should expect and gave me a reminder of the appointment the day before. Tyron came on time on the appointment day. He and another polite gentleman greeted me, viewed my vehicle with me and answered my questions. They had other services that you could choose from but I stayed with the Gold Package. They got right to work and were both hard at it for a while. They were careful in being detailed and clearly love what they do. They are very good at it. My Jeep looked great. The driveway was tidy, and they again walked around the car with me. They folded/unfolded areas so I could see their work. Both men were very friendly, professional and did a great job. I could not believe the terrible business practice that this company performed. our original appointment was cancelled because someone quit we were very understanding and switched it. The day of the appointment they were almost an hour late. They called us 20 minutes after the appointment time to tell us this and said it was due to traffic (we live 5.6 miles from business) .They also at this time said we need to charge you 20 dollars extra for a gas charge (on their website it says this is charged if over 10 miles from location which we are not). The appointment was then hurried and the trunk was not done. We called back afterwards and they said oh we should have told you when you called we don't detail trunks. it Is a small extra charge of 16 dollars but this was not even disclosed to us. This is not listed on Groupon website. Manager basically said they did not care. They also spilled wax on my newly power washed driveway and did not clean it up. Man, I thought this was going to be an awesome experience, but was I wrong... I ordered over $400 of their detailing services (two platinum services, and an interior reconditioning) from Groupon (yeah, I know maybe part of this is on me) a little over a MONTH ago. I have probably spent 2 hours on the phone with them just trying to get put on their books. Every time I get something seemingly locked into place, I will get a call that "they had an issue and need to reschedule". Look, I get it...$#!t happens, but it shouldn't happen over and over again... After not being able to work something out, the owner finally gave me a (super rude) call, with excuses saying well if they can't schedule their mobile service, why can't I come into the shop... (Because I'm super busy, and I paid for a mobile detail service). So, look, I'm not giving them a one-star rating on their profession. Today we tried to schedule an appointment via text. We mentioned that we've been trying since Nov. We received a reply about scheduling online. Absolutely Amazing! I called and Tyron immediately answered the phone. Answered my questions. Sent me a price list and did not leave me hanging/waiting! Very accommodating as I was running late due to my husbands car needing jumped (they even left it on the whole time like I asked to charge the battery for me). He still spent extra time on the car and made it look amazing! Very respectful gentleman and extremely well at communicating! Once the seats dried they felt so clean and fresh!! Not all grimy like when I brought them in. After they were done he had me look before I paid to make sure there was nothing more I wanted done that he missed. He even cleaned my sons car seat that was in the car. The space to wait is so clean and there's candies to eat and tv to watch while you wait. Everything about this experience was fantastic. I only wish I brought a towel to sit on driving home as it was still slightly wet. :) google too if you need more good reviews before using this company!
