To make matters worse, their brushes removed a chunk of paint from my front bumper. The damage is smooth and feathered, clearly consistent with something rubbing against it in a circular motion. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he showed us a blurry photo with no timestamp and from an incorrect angle, claiming there was no damage. We've been customers since they opened, but the quality has noticeably declined. The vacuums often barely work, and customer service is clearly lacking. This experience was unacceptable, and we will be escalating the issue to corporate.

My rear view mirror was knocked off and overhead console was damaged during the headliner repair, breaking the overhead control module. As a result, my vehicle would not run and had to be towed out of there ($1000 repair). The light for the heated seats no longer illuminates now either. They took no responsibility for the damage because I had previously had some electrical work done to the vehicle (not related to the overhead console). The sewing work on the upholstery was very well done. Sue did a great job. The headliner work on the overhead center console was mediocre. Glue in some areas were still visible and lines around the overhead console were not crisp. Personally, I will not be using them again. If you choose to hire them, pay with a credit card so you have dispute rights.

Well it started to put the tires on my rims and the guy that was working there told me at least three times that they have went through four mechanics helpers in the past month as if I cared. I don't know which one done it I figured both but they end up rounding off too of my lug nuts this was going to be a repair that I would have to do to fix it so after they got the wheels back on he informed me that two of the lug nuts would have to be replaced. Okay I went home I ordered a set of lug nuts waiting for them to come through mail and today I was going to replace the ones that were rounded off. To my surprise two of the studs on my front wheels the threads are really messed up and the lug nut will not go on there. This is about a $250 damage done to my truck for a mechanic to fix those two studs. I would not recommend quick tire to nobody stay away from this place that will mess your wheels up.
