The love bugs were bad on this last trip through Florida and it was nice to see this location was open. Easy to use, pull through the gate area and it scans the membership from the registered license plate. Then you are guided to to point to put the car in "N" and the car was does the rest. Upon exiting, there is a pull in spot to do all the rest. Vacuum, wipe down interior, and use air to blow out any dust on the dash board. All is included in the price. Easy in and easy out with a cleaned up vehicle.

It was an amazing price before and it is still a good price for how they do your interior and exterior, paying attention to every detail around your car. I even had a magnet stuck/melted onto my car and Hipolito, the owner, put a great amount of elbow grease, worked overtime and was able to get it removed from my car. He didn't even bother charging me extra for the the extra help, but I still felt it was fair to tip him really well after all the hard work and great care that he and his team continue to put in our car service. I've been here since 951 is now 1020 and my car is still sitting in the vacuum cleaner area. While Five! other vehicles on the lane already have been done washed and gone Out of the premises! I was the 2nd car in my lane ! It is now 1034 and is still seating at the vacuuming area! So the guy that supposed to be doing the cleaning was socializing with his friends upfront. when he finally came back he went to the other lane instead of where I was still waiting. 5 other vehicles have passed mine... spoke to one of the techs he said he would take care of it. Spoke to the guy in charge he said he could not answer to what happened because he was not there to know what happened... it is now 1048 my car is finally done. No wonder they have such a low rating.
